@VirginAtlantic it has been 5 days since my partners luggage failed to make and flight. It has also been around 4 days since it was discovered and placed on a flight from the UK to our location. However, we have no updates beyond an email saying we are to wait to be contacted…

…this isn’t great as you can appreciate it’s far from ideal not having any spare clothes or toiletries and the allocated allowance per day doesn’t cover things as we are unsure of how many days to cater for. Can you review this and advise when the case will be delivered. Thanks
