Okay - I did say that there would be some AI things that would make me smile at this conference #SuccessConnect... but AI generated goal planning (and breaking down milestones for measurement) is seriously impressive.

Lancaster, CA transformed its downtown in just 8 months by redesigning it's main street from a mini-highway to a tree-lined boulevard. For the cost of just $11.5M, the project has generated $273M in economic output since 2010, creating 800 jobs, and nearly doubling tax revenue!

Many Product Managers still work as if their job is to make decisions. No. Your job is ensuring decision quality and that a decision is made. Your job is to extract the best decision out of the room. Making a decision yourself is last resort to prevent death by committee.

3. Valuing the whole self of an individual can help to create a more positive and fulfilling work environment. There is more likely to be a sense of purpose and belonging if your individual aspirations align with those of the org.

Ultimately this isn't a trend that organizations can afford to ignore. People demand purpose buff.ly/3rNQNzy

Ethical debt, like tech debt, can be costly and difficult to address. As tech debt accumulates when shortcuts are taken in the development process, ethical debt accumulates when ethical considerations are overlooked in the design and deployment of systems. Both must be addressed.
