With the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, the world has lost one of its most extraordinary leaders. As MD of The Firm, she led with a fine touch, utmost integrity, character, selflessness, humour and devotion to duty. Perhaps we can best honour her by living and leading likewise.

If we lose outdoor centres, peripatetic providers, and qualified instructors in place in Scotland, we probably lose a. Adventure tourism (for which Scotland is renowned), 2. Employment in rural areas, 3. The health and well-being of the populace. Takes years to build this.
