A kid who knows how to raid in WoW is unironically a better hire than 99% of non gamers. They develop team skills, coordination, leadership, how to master the respect of 40 people, how to share loot, maintaining a raid schedule, showing up on time, clear direct communication, how to get along with unique personalities, creating and executing on strategies, failing and trying again (perseverance), delayed gratification, etc. Invaluable skills are developed during raiding that are transferrable to the real world.

The @0xProject propAMM piece just dropped, they revealed 3 major tactics how propAMMs (and some AMM LPs) are "stealing" money from users. The data evidence is meaty and forensic, here is a breakdown 🧵
The price you see isn't always the price you get 🪤 Some liquidity operators are gaming aggregators and traders are paying for it. We're exposing how. Full breakdown in the replies 👇

I've been told non-USD stablecoins are uninteresting, but DEX aggregators on @base are already displaying tighter quotes for USDC<>EURC than Wise Probably nothing

PSA: Now that everyone in Solana is thinking about quotes and simulations - remember the OG place to get high quality simulations on EVM is @matchametaxyz Can't find this on DefiLlama Swap - only on Matcha Meta We don't bias towards 0x quotes - best price is best price

$PNKSTR is the first token where I can root for red on the charts 🤯 NFTStrategy by @Rhynotic @token_works is not just the most exciting thing to happen to NFTs in years— it’s a masterclass in incentive alignment and a breakthrough in fungible tokens.

25% of top 20 $PNKSTR holders, including @Rhynotic are on @interfacedapp 17% of top 100 $PNKSTR holders are on @interfacedapp Makes you think 🤔 maybe they are onto something here.

think @punksOTC has raised some interesting points today, following along where i can i think i slightly disagree with his overall framing re: @Token_Works new product 'PunkStrategy' ($PNKSTR) speaking as someone with a decent amount of exposure to cryptopunks, there is a pretty clear distinction to me about what type of exposure i am subscribing to in both the below scenarios: - owning a single cryptopunk represents sovereign ownership of a unique object within a capped supply, networked, generative art collection - owning a single $PNKSTR token represents exposure to (perceived) future transaction activity on the cryptopunks network (specifically, the moving delta between open market buys and open market sells associated with the protocol) the core mechanics are instructive on this point: each transaction of $PNKSTR generates a tax that is pooled and later funneled into the lowest priced cryptopunk on the marketplace, where it is purchased, relisted, and eventually sold at a later date, driving new ETH to procedurally purchase and burn $PNKSTR from the open market in this way, $PNKSTR serves less as exposure to any "x" number of cryptopunks objects themselves, and more a moving average of economic value transacting on the cryptopunks network said differently, $PNKSTR is backed by future flows of economic activity, not any one or number of objects i think what i find most interesting about stuff like PunkStrategy is the potential to create a dual, non-competing pathway for different flavors of exposure one can buy a cryptopunk for ownership of a scarce, networked, SoV digital object or one can buy a $PNKSTR token for exposure to economic value transacting on the cryptopunks network also v important to note: obviously 'PunkStrategy' is a very early experiment, and nothing in here is financial advice. like any of this stuff in our space, you can lose all your money in a gazillion different ways not worth repeating here that said, enough interesting surface area and conversation where i thought it might be interesting to verbalize a few details i think are cool nice work on the protocol @Rhynotic, @tetonotsorry, and the @token_works crew + v much appreciate the thoughtful public discussion @punksOTC

Replying to @Rhynotic @CirrusNFT
People are going to fork it anyway, might as well do it better and accrue some value to PNKSTR

7/10 🪂 IDEA 3: MINT+LOOP Now, what you can do to leverage the second idea and get even more points is loop your PT. There are PT-cUSDO-NOV25 markets on Morpho and Euler. This means you can: 1. get cUSDO from open market (for example, using @matchametaxyz) 2. mint PT+YT from the cUSDO 3. keep YT- getting x15 points 4. lend your PT, borrow USDC 5. swap USDC for cUSDO 6. loop again This grows your YT stack without you having to buy them directly, and leverages your capital. What's the cost and risk? Borrowing USDC is around ~10% on lending markets. You only have to do this if you think that YT looping points will end up getting more returns (which many whales do, as I've seen on-chain). Example of wallet looping PTs and keeping YTs: debank.com/profile/0xa66f0a0…

What should I set my slippage to?? At @matchametaxyz we take slippage extremely seriously. We surface it directly in our UI (not hidden in a setting) and we track what happens after every trade We're building a up a dataset to help you set your slippage

the aggregator of aggregators, best on the market rn is without a doubt @matchametaxyz by @robotevm things i like: - one-time approval allows you to trade across any aggregator without additional approvals - simulate quotes, automatically refreshes for the absolute best quote - the user interface is fast, super clean, approachable and easy for anyone to use and understand things i wish it had: - kind of a nothing thing, more of a, would be a cool feature - but something like "route explanation" expandable section with why the particular route is better e.g. split route across x + y, deeper liquidity on z - @defillama has a very similar metadex called llamaswap, also runs on @0xproject rails i believe, and i do like that llamaswap has the "hide ip" button. which might really mean nothing but i do like it and use it anyway, even with my own vpn running - also also like that llamaswap has the "gas refuel" tab, really comes in handy if and when i realize "ahhh damnit i need to bridge funds for gas" overall, matcha meta is the cleanest, smoothest swap experience on the market rn well done

At 0x, we had a maker last look system for a while. In theory, MMs quote tighter. In practice, they didn’t change their pricing for us, BUT were willing to quote larger But the UX was bad and unusable for retail use cases MM last look systems result in either order failures or nasty slippage for takers Those who care about execution quality will notice, but alas, most CT has no idea

One click approve and swap needs to be available everywhere, not an exclusive feature for a wallet’s in app swapper like in @Rabby_io @MetaMask and @CoinbaseWallet It can be done with EIP-5792 support at the wallet level RT this for awareness cc @WilsonCusack

And this is why I usually use @Rabby_io for swapping/bridging for small amounts. Glad to pay the 0.25% fee and bundle the approve/swap in 1 tx

Applying is the easy part. whether it’s your first or 4th application, I wish you luck. building a generational business was never going to be easy. mastering the art of ai b2b vertical saas means pouring love, art, logic and a little magic into a concept, an idea of a thing and hope it germinates into a bigger thing that rolls into a zeitgeist shifting product. if you’re also biting your nails and sending a last minute application — let’s make a LinkedIn listicle baby together. the most important lesson in b2b saas sales is sending it with a smile. @Thred_AI 🏆 -your pal, Kazi
