They’re not all immune. It is magical inheritance that some generations of the lineage may receive and others not. It is also a suggestion of the purity of their Valyrian blood.
Daenerys bar none. She was the most beautiful and held the most power. Daenerys actually earned the loyalty from her subjects according to how she treated, helped and saved them. The other 2 just demand or take the loyalty they desire.
Besides doing it for their masters, they also do it out of predatory instinct. Alpha’s cannot be in the presence of other alphas. Simple as that.

Don’t know if this is a complaint, but if it is, it’s a valid one. At the same time, that’s just how random life can actually be so the math not mathing is quite relatable to our own human existence 🤷🏻♂️ And Bran was a new entity by the time he becomes King.
