Dublin’s beautiful this time of year ☀️🌅🌚 #dublin #ireland – at West Meath, Ireland

What an amazing achievement. Plenty of years where he didn't bowl a whole lot, but still reaches this milestone with more games to play 💪

It's amazing how many people think that consent only relates to sex.

Although the way Stirlo has batted today he’s going to have to do a photoshoot in a stairwell before every series

The toilets must have been occupied 😂

Ah terrible news. Always loved the chats with Eddie over the years. A regular character in Leinster CC for many a year. Condolences to his family, friends and all at Railway Union

Great to see David Delany back in the picture. Good luck to all selected

A few months in the making. Great to see it all come together. Huge credit to everyone involved, and special shout out to our own team at @aerial_ie 🏌️⛳️

ECB all over the place, as per usual. It’s one thing for players to play for their country v Afghanistan, but you have to question players choosing to play there, purely for a pay check . Do they not have sisters, mothers or daughters?

Excellent news 💪

Great servant to the game in Leinster, for so many years. Best of luck @irishcricket4 in whatever you do next

If you’re not willing to shake the other players hands before the game, you shouldn’t be playing the game at all. #stopthegame

Cricket Ireland are lucky hardly anyone follows cricket in Ireland, or their Afghanistan series would have got the same backlash and opposition the Israel game is getting now. #stopthegame

I don’t understand how 8 players stood up and said the game shouldn’t go ahead, but are still playing the game. I think it will come out in due course that everyone involved was under massive pressure from outside powers. #stopthegame

Can we assume from everything that has gone on today, that the first time ALL the players were asked to vote on whether the game should go ahead was earlier today? If that’s true, FAI have some serious questions to answer, and I’m surprised more players haven’t walked

It’s not just football that has this problem. Most professional athletes and management aren’t allowed speak up for what they actually think.. or they might lose their job. I don’t blame them. They have families to support. The governing body on the other hand has no excuse.

A war gets labelled a genocide when one side goes too far. It gets a new name so the world makes a special effort to stop it. It’s to stop people thinking there is anything normal about it. Normal things like football matches against the country should stop. #stopthegame

You have to wonder who is pressuring the FAI from above. Government? UEFA? Sponsors? All of the above?
