This was never a test of national character. It was a test of Albanese’s character. And it has exposed him as nothing more than a shameless hypocritical, self-serving political grub — utterly unfit to be Prime Minister. First, he knows he is highly exposed over the grubby political hit job on Helen Haines — the dirt file his office shopped around as revenge after she called out his corruption and the Marrickville Golf Club scandal. He will say or do anything to try and distract from that. Second, like every cynical leftist operator, he will never let a tragedy go to waste. Albanese is coldly exploiting the attack on Haines to push his anti-free-speech agenda to silence his critics with the disgraceful ‘Digital Duty of Care Bill‘.
