The fwa headless situation was atrocious. Moving or closing them while keeping signs up. Not enough water / fans (and the ones that were there people putting their dripping head on for 30 minutes) the atrium level one was basically useless

DEAR CONVENTIONS: There are some simple priorities that seems hard to accomplish. 1) Quit moving/Changing/Shutting down headless lounges. Get better signage for them as well! WE CANNOT SEE IN ANIMAL COSTUMES. Often not enough lounges as is. 1/2 \/
