I’ll never download TikTok.
1) Because this platform is flooded with videos from there & because 2) I’m really not a fan of them.
I’ve never wanted to add to the noise of the world. I’ve tried to post regularly before but often felt like I was forcing myself. But maybe I’ve been viewing it wrong. People post all the time, and as I like writing, maybe I’ve been overthinking it and should just write?
I’ve started writing regularly again. Somewhere else. Just my thoughts. Nothing else. Just unfiltered versions to see what happens when I stop worrying about whether something is worth writing.
I’ve got no idea where it’s going, which is exactly the point.

Didn’t expect to spend my weekend in hospital, but here I am. Hopefully the massive kick up the arse I needed to start looking after myself again.
It’s all well & good being sober, but what’s the point of granting yourself a 2nd shot at life if you’re just going to squander it!
