I got this cute cookie jar from HomeGoods as a hostess gift this Halloween, and you can’t gift an empty cookie jar… so we got baking! 🍪
I always enjoy making biscotti. There’s something about it that feels a little more elevated than your everyday cookie. Somewhere between a tea biscuit and a sweet cookie, with just the right amount of crunch and sweetness. It’s the perfect balance!
This time, I followed the Pistachio Shortbread Biscotti recipe on our website (rosettesmix.com) and added about 1–2 tbsp of cocoa to the dough.
I originally planned to dip the tips in melted milk chocolate, but quickly pivoted when I realized I didn’t have time to let them set before packaging everything up. Sometimes you just have to go with it! 😂
