Many of us grew up with "Bring Your Kid to Work Day." This week I brought my wife to work w/ me at @getSimpleBox in Lynden and Burlington, and it was such a treat. Anyone could run my company, but I'm her only husband. If you travel for work, bring your spouse along when you can!

I’m grateful for this great teaching from Juliet Funt at my C12 group this week. Could a daily meeting or report become weekly? A weekly one monthly? A monthly one quarterly? Worth 3 minutes of your time. Thanks, @thejulietfunt and @c12forums youtu.be/FuDkVB4q-Gc

"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf." – Jon Kabat-Zinn I don't control most of what comes at me, but I get to choose how I respond. I hope my responses this week encouraged others and honored the Lord.

“I don’t want my kids standing over my casket crying because daddy took a shortcut.” I think there’s so much wisdom in his perspective. “The righteous who walks in his integrity—blessed are his children after him!” -Proverbs 20:7 youtu.be/xIrcRu-dsV0?si=rR0N…

Some business trips are more successful than others.

27+ years in leadership — and I know delegation is still one of the biggest leadership lids holding me down. Same for you? Thank you @AlexHormozi for putting it so simply: "If you hand something off, and it gets worse after doing so, you didn’t delegate it, you abdicated it."

Recent highlight: spending time with the students at @PBATitusCenter it was an honor to have 2 student groups working on projects for @getSimpleBox. Their thoughtfulness+teamwork impressed me! Congrats to the grads. Thanks also @drjohnhayes for the opportunity! #franchisesuccess

13.1 Done at the Run Singer Island Half Marathon. Great run. Thought of my precious family each step of the way.

I love when our team is making improvements, I love it even more when they are sharing them. It's not an improvement until it is shared!
