As if, the more the tumor tries to protect itself, the more it weakens its defenses... #avct seems to really have found its achilles heel. Happy to be corrected.
Did CC clearly mention that they already HAVE biopsies? I know they will have biopsies soon enough. But all the statements made, would be extra meaningful if indeed they are done already having biopsies at hand #avct

Correct me if I am wrong: assuming potential partners under NDA get insights of biopsy and scan results as they come, those potential partners will have knowledge of efficacy already in the coming months. Being a potential partner, as soon as I get that info, I'd want to be the first one to pull the trigger. Waiting for official read-out in H1-2027 would simply be too risky. #avct
Getting the biopsy-results from the DL3 backfill patients will be the ultimate "bingo" moment for #avct (and potential partners under NDA)
Conventional exatecan has shown efficacy at MTD, but had too many DLT's. DL3 being at 150% of MTD conventional exatecan, add to that the tumor concentration effect of Precision, DL3 should have a good shot at showing meaningful efficacy (and high concentrations of exatecan in biopsies). #avct
Not knowing the state of the partnership discussions makes it impossible to make a judgement on the raise. The question is: do you trust management, yes or no. #avct
Could it be #avct is victim of AVA6103’s potential. Why would a partner put money on AVA6000 if AVA6103 is in a different league, not far behind in development? n the same time, the AVA6103 partner will only pull the expensive trigger once more data is available… hence #avct is forced to bridge this timewise nomansland.
I think especially us long term holders have all been a bit traumatized by AS's financial management skills... hence, we love to have some extra money in the kitty 😅 #avct
