@Delta @VirginAustralia I'm stuck at Sydney airport with my young family because Delta and virgin are fighting with each other. My bags were tagged through to Brisbane fron LA but now Virgin wants to charge me more money and won't let us board unless we pay. Wtf?
Direct quote from @VirginAustralia staff to @Delta staff on the phone: "If this was our customer, would you do the same for them".
Translated: We didn't have to subject the customer to this, but we decided to anyway.
