You could say Cranbury is in a real jam. They’re about to be bogged down in a bunch of litigation.
The township of Cranbury, with an annual budget of $16 million, just sacrificed $26 million at the altar of affordable housing by wiring it to the wrong people.

As I said in January 2024, no one should be taking mRNA COVID-19 vaccines because of their terrible safety profile. But for those who had to take one, Florida’s public health data strongly implies that thousands of Floridians died as a result of receiving Pfizer instead of Moderna. The number of lives lost in the U.S. and internationally is staggering, based on this analysis. The culture of approving vaccines without adequate safety testing and assuming “innocent until proven guilty” with these products absolutely, positively needs to end.
“Twelve-month all-cause mortality after initial COVID-19 vaccination with Pfizer-BioNTech or mRNA-1273 among adults living in Florida: Statewide cohort study” Now appears as peer-reviewed study in Global Epidemiology! In closely matched cohorts of nearly 2M Moderna & Pfizer vaccinees in Florida, the latter (Pfizer) showed substantial higher all-cause, cardiac, non-COVID and COVID mortality post 1st mRNA COVID vaccine dose. These results were robust to adjustments on pre-vaccination cardiac hospitalizations as well as SARS-CoV-2 infections. This study adds to a growing evidence that the mRNA COVID vaccines of Moderna and Pfizer may have different non-specific effects. Recent study “In Vivo Blood Kinetics and Transcript Integrity of Three mRNA–Lipid Nanoparticle Vaccines in Humans” @acsnano showed significant differences in systemic persistence of nano-lipids and spike mRNA between Moderna and Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccines! @MaryanneDemasi @FLSurgeonGen

The Florida vaccine study they called junk just cleared peer review. 1.47 million matched adults. Same neighborhood, same month, same kind of clinic. The only real difference was which vial they got. Over 12 months, Pfizer recipients died at higher rates than Moderna recipients on every measure. Most of the gap wasn't COVID.

I think he’s enjoying this even more than if he’d won
Last night, Republicans lost the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate, and my home state of Texas, a conservative cornerstone for more than three decades, because our party forgot the basic rules of coalition politics:   1. Add, don’t subtract 2. Be likeable 3. Do what you promised 4. Character & integrity still matter   Time to turn the page and rebuild. Read my full thoughts in the @WSJ: wsj.com/opinion/republicans-…

Hilarious and self-deprecating (if a bit mean to superimpose images of your vanquished opponents on the grilled food).
54 seats and counting. And I learned how to grill…these burgers and dogs are fully cooked.

There's exactly one living American who could've been eligible to vote (21 or older) when a Democrat last won this seat. Yes. Literally one.
First time a Dem has won a Senate seat in Kansas since 1932

UPDATED UPDATE: the 9th circuit, by. 6-5 vote, has now reinstated yesterday's 2-1 panel decision (which the en banc court had vacated late last night PST, early this morning EST).
BREAKING: In a 6-5 vote, the Ninth Circuit reinstated its earlier ruling lifting restrictions on the Trump administration's efforts to have states set aside suspected noncitizen ballots, allowing it to resume such requests and warn election officials of prosecution.

Almost miscellaneous update: petition for full-court en banc re-hearing is denied.
UPDATE 2: As election results show blue wave, 9th Circuit judges vote not to make history by convening full appeals court in fight over DOJ's prosecution threats to election workers. Request failed to get majority of active judges. Doc: documentcloud.org/documents/…

You know what’s cool about the United States? When candidates lose an election, they don’t have to take a secretive flight to another country in the middle of the night with their families to seek safety. They just go back to their day jobs. We shouldn’t take that privilege for granted.

BTW, I understand today is voting here in the US. So if you are eligible; you should do your civic duty. 👉🏻🗳️ I cannot vote because I’m not a US citizen but it’s one of the privileges of being a citizen & you should exercise your right. 👍

This is why the right to have a trial by one's peers is so sacred. It was my first (and hopefully) last experience but I am in awe of the care the judge and jury took to get things right. Made me proud to be American and a Mass resident (I assume other states are similar)
I honestly can not believe they used this kind of language during the "independent investigation" at MIT Whitehead and this is how some of the "witnesses" and investigators communicated. And they blame @DMSabatini for allowing foul language to be used in the lab. No wonder the jury unanimously decided in favor of Sabatini. Even if you really hate him for some reason, these new shocking reveals need to be seen. These are not high school kids, these are university professors with PHD and MD/PHD with high salaries and status. They do not publish much great research (not complete unproductives but not professor level) but work in concert to cancel one of the most productive scientists. And before the jury verdict, you could get cancelled just by raising a question or speaking up.
