No break in the cloud all the way from Keswick to Aberdeen. If anything it's got greyer and bleaker the further north I've travelled. Hope this weather changes soon.

Heading home to Aberdeen after 5 days in the Lake District. The conditions were frustrating with the sun only making a fleeting appearance. Fortunately Buttermere didn't disappoint this morning, although this phone camera pic doesn't do it justice. Breathtaking light for 10 mins

Just swung in past @lensdistrict 's gallery in Keswick WOW I wish I could produce images this good. His work is an inspiration so if your ever in the area drop in and have a good look. I bought a 2025 calendar which I'll drool over for the whole of next year – at Keswick, England

This breaks my heart, but I fully understand and support this decision. I am seriously considering my place on this platform too and for the same reasons. If I do move on I will provide details on where to find me if your interested in seeing my future work.

A really tough day today in the Lake District Gloom all day yet again. Stuck in traffic for hours, road closures everywhere we turned. But still glad we are here in the beautiful landscape I think I managed one decent image. Beer and food time – at Keswick, England
