STEP 1 : Say you have $1000, now choose a pair and two perDEXs, say BTC/USD is the pair and Variational & Lighter the perpDEXs as both have ZERO fee.
STEP 2 : Deposit euqal amount in both exchanges ($500)
STEP 3 : now long on one and short on another exchange with the same amount, say $200 with 10x leverage. Be FAST so prices don't diverge.
STEP 4 : Set same stop loss and take profit on both exchanges incase there is a volatile move and you aren't present.
STEP 5 : Now close after say 1 hour, boom $8000 volume done with no loss!
⁉How to funding rate arb?
say funding is Positive (+ve) that means if you short you get paid a certain APY periodically, vice versa for the opposite.
So whichever exchange has **more** funding you open a short there and as a hedge open a long where there is lesser funding.
You will earn Yield on the difference between the both funding rate positions.

1️⃣ HyperEVM Ecosystem
- Farming @HyperSwapX points with ~$400 in the wHYPE-USDT0 pool, keeping a range from $40 to $50.
- Tried to get in the @baldbrothers_ mint but failed 😅
- Made some profit on the $glo token on the pre-mint pump, still holding the glo NFT.
- Using liqd ag to swap frequently
- Moved funds out of @hyperbeat , not because I don't believe in them but wanted to get into other opportunities, having funds in stables has it's own opportunity cost
- Got in and out of Gliquid.
- Missed $HSTR public launch..
- Lost $70 on Kitten veNFT, unfortunately flywheel couldn't start team changed the code and everything right after TGE.
- Lost money on PUMP-HYPE pool on ProjectX, out now.
- Got in and out of Hybra, probably cooks but due to low capital on focusing on Hyperswap and prjx
- Got ourselves a @PiPonHL NFT with a $270 bid.
- Won a @nuttardios gtd WL from PIP discord, awaiting mint..
- Keeping $300 in @prjx_hl in HYPE-USDT pool and $100 into $hstr-HYPE pool, farming weekly points.
2️⃣Other Ecosystems
- missed buying Camp trail head after mint and getting an easy 2X,
- made some profit on megalio NFT secondary trading
- made some profit providing lp on GP, sever impermanent loss compared to just buying spot instead.
🤔Reflections
- Loosing money on Kitten and pump was not a bad decision, sure the outcome says so but the bet sizing was good, only put around $100 punt in both so even if I lost it wasn't crippling to the challenge.
- I have been in the HYPE-USDT pools in Hyperswap since hype was $25, should have made more money on it but I was running a short on the other side to keep it delta neutral, this probably makes sense on a super risky coin but for HYPE I should have just trusted more and kept it long overall, However if we ever reach local toppy zones I won't shy away from opening a short to keep the HYPE-USDT lps delta neutral.
- Need to stay locked in, missing some easy profits but oh well..
- Also might have made more trading $GP $HSTR etc.., but goal of this challenge is to stay relatively stable and farm airdrops not trading (with small part of the portfolio is fine) no matter how much it maybe tempting haha
