Just-in-time software: tools built the moment you need them. It's here, and most businesses don't know it yet. "Can you build me a dashboard for this?" "Can this run daily so I can keep track of it?" "Can I get a task tracker shaped to how we actually work?" "Can clients see their status without emailing me?" I spent four years hearing these inside a company I helped build and sell. Before that, I ran a software agency where every one of them meant scoping calls, six weeks, and tens of thousands of dollars. Every team needs small, exact software constantly. Almost none of it ever gets built. Now it's a prompt away. Describe what your business needs in plain English, watch real software get built live, and own the code. No more renting expensive software A real engineer is one click away when you want one. I'm betting on this future. Try it free β€” endpointlabs.io. Or follow my journey.

Jensen Huang: β€œAI is not gonna take your jobs. The person who uses AI is gonna take your job.” NVIDIA already uses AI to design its chips. His take: companies with more ideas than money hire MORE when AI makes them productive. Do you agree?

5–6 years of Sunday soccer. Never talked business. Started posting videos last week. This week one of the guys asked me to fix what his outsourced dev team built. You never know until you start. What are you on the fence about?

Someone clicks my Facebook ad. 5 min later AI has built them a website. 10 min later I'm on the phone asking "did you see it?" They usually haven't processed that it's real yet. 19 leads so far, all automated on endpointlabs.io

My wife had an idea: turn our daughter's paper books into real ones. No developer, no agency. She had Claude write the prompt, pasted it into EndpointLabs, and it started building the app. Idea to app in one sitting. Part 1 below. endpointlabs.io

The golden rule of working with AI πŸ‘‡ If it took you 1 minute to make, it should take them 30 seconds to read. 3 bullet points. 3 sentences. To the point. Put the details below. Don't be the person who parks across two spots. πŸš—

Home Depot is huge. Finding one small item can take forever. So I asked my Muse AI assistant to find my closest store and give me the exact aisle. 1 minute later: Aisle 29, Bay 010, 191 in stock. Walked straight there. πŸ›’πŸ€–

Experimented with Facebook ads this week. Used Muse to create 2 ads and ran it, one video and one image. Ran it locally in my area targeting business owners. 6 leads so far, $60 spent. Not bad for the first time, now time to convert.

Was playing around with Muse and Dot over the weekend and I am very impressed. Going to be interesting to see how all these play out. In the meantime, I have Muse set up my meta ads.

I don’t have many customers but my AI bill with Anthropic is increasing. I have no choice but to look at open source alternatives. Started last night with z ai GLM models. So far so good with the 5.3 Flash model but regular 5.3 is slate and uses more tokens and is comparable to Sonnet 5.

People asking me why am I making almost the exact same tool like @Replit @Lovable @emergentlabs etc… Because almost every week people still ask me to build them custom software, websites and tools. Now I just build it on my own platform.
