Post Week 4 Division 2 Playoff Update #wisfb
New Richmond came out with a gritty 14-7 win over a previously unbeaten Chippewa Falls team. They have another battle coming this week with Hudson coming into town. If they can win again, a 1 seed becomes very likely for the Tigers.
Union Grove continues to be very very impressive and ran rampant across the Southern Lakes.
Kaukauna had a statement win over Neenah, who was the preseason FVA favorite. The Ghosts will hope for one of the top seeds to tumble a bit, otherwise they may be headed towards a Level 3 matchup with Notre Dame.
Waukesha South and Jordan Garcia continue to put up tons of points as they move to 4-0. Their biggest test yet comes next week against New Berlin West, but it appears their long playoff drought may be coming to an end.
Over on the bubble, Germantown picked up a big win over Mukwonago to give themselves some breathing room.
DeForest, Milton, and Oregon will battle things out in the Badger-Large as the season goes on.
Hartford has yet to find a win, but showed that they can put up some points. They'll have to steal some wins in the North Shore.
Menomonie and Rice Lake are both 0-4, with them facing each other in Week 5. The path to the playoffs for the loser of that game becomes very very slim.
