My new book, Restore the Table, will be released Tuesday, April 2. Especially excited about this one for several reasons:
- I’m convinced that the intentional sharing of meaningful meals is one of the most powerful (and forgotten) habits of home life.
- 100% of what’s made on Restore the Table goes to missions through Kingsland. While we’re restoring the table, more people will get to share meals at their tables!
- I was able to share some incredible redemption stories of some dear friends.
- I got to collaborate with Ken Abraham, a gracious and talented writer who has written multiple New York Times bestsellers (and in a moment of kindness offered to partner with a guy like me).
- I got to tell some more people about the amazing, unprecedented things God is doing at Kingsland.
Restore the Table is available for pre-order now. You don’t even have to wait until Tuesday!

When I think of what we must remember, it includes the atrocities of an enemy who despised our freedoms; but it also includes the unity of our dependence on Almighty God in that moment. We need Him now more than ever. #NeverForget
Reagan & I have always had a “sneaker bond”- a passion for iconic basketball shoes. So when she asked that I preside at her wedding & do so in Jordan 11’s I said YES. What a day. What a couple! More emotional than I expected. And more meaningful. God is good!

@sportsiren this is Avery & Madi Skinner’s Mom- the one who raised two champs as a single parent! She deserves some props!
On March 17 last year, wanting for the right words to say, I ran to the promises in Scripture, and shared one with the reminder that God was still in control. A year seems like a good time to end the streak. God’s been faithful! It’s Wednesday, and God’s still in control.
