The clouds have passed, and my time making rain has come to an end.
Few people have the opportunity in their lifetime to work this hard on a problem so meaningful and have this much fun. For the family that we have built, and the impossible we’ve taken on, I will always be a Rainmaker, and I am indebted to the team for the joy and purpose they brought into my life.
The team knows how much I love them. @ADoricko: thank you, brother, for bringing me in, for giving me pastures to bulldoze and this beautiful family to lead. One of the greatest honors of my life.
As for me, if I’ve learned anything from Rainmaker, it’s that the grand, civilization-scale problems that stress our nation are worth pursuing and capable of solving.
Putting my head down again, will share more on my new mission soon.

Disclosure of vulnerabilities is no longer the right model. It’s a blacklist model. It assumes default security.
The right model is a whitelist model. All code with potential security risks has to come with an AI redteaming certificate. Anything that’s not like an XML file

People think I’m crazy…
Not just for chugging honey daily, but for how I travel in general. Idk if you’ve seen the reactions to me bringing coconuts through security.. 😅
But let me say this…
When you’re on the go without preparation, this is where it’s most likely for us to get tripped up.
You’re hungry and your only options are airport McDonald’s, Starbucks, or seed oil soaked bar food… BRUTAL.
For me, I’m just not taking that risk. Why?
My health is my #1 priority.
Feeling great is my #1 priority.
Mental clarity is my #1 priority
Sleeping well is my #1 priority.
I love the work I do. I love helping people heal themselves through diet. I love educating about how to live optimally. For that, I need to be sharp every single day, no excuses.
I love surfing, being in nature, moving my body, and having endless energy. I love feeling my absolute best. Adequately fueling my body to continue doing these things. It’s a non-negotiable.
I will never sacrifice how I perform and feel for a quick treat. I mean it when I say I haven’t had a cookie or slice of pizza in over 10 years.
Let me be clear… I do understand I am on the extreme end here 😂 but I think knowledge is power, and so many people are suffering today with chronic illness, obesity, diabetes, bloating, fatigue, low energy, brain fog and bad sleep.
Being INTENTIONAL about your diet is, in my opinion, the SINGLE most powerful lever you can pull to reverse all of these things.
So call me crazy all you want, but I’ll take crazy for daily mental clarity, focus, energy, and a life lived to the fullest.
Eat like a human. This is how you thrive.
