Efficacy and Safety of Semaglutide According to Frailty Status A Post Hoc Analysis of the SELECT Randomized Clinical Trial This study found that semaglutide demonstrated beneficial effects on a broad range of clinical outcomes in SELECT, without detectable heterogeneity by baseline FI. Benefits of semaglutide on health-related quality of life appeared greater with higher FI. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam…

How much exercise remodels the heart? Data derived from CMR sets suggest a dose-response relationship: LV hypertrophy and LV/RV dilation become more prevalent as weekly exercise volume rises. But >5 hours/week is neither a universal threshold nor evidence of disease. Training exposure matters. Learn more at the BSCS. learn.hms.harvard.edu/progra…

⏲️ 11 minutes saved per study. 35% faster overall! AI 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 from 31 minutes 39 seconds to 20 minutes 35 seconds. A 35% reduction, held up across both inpatient (39.9%) and outpatient (32.5%) cohorts. But the number that got our attention wasn't the time savings. It was the sonographer feedback. 🔹 100% reported much lower click burden with the AI workflow 🔹 100% said AI enhanced their natural scanning flow and lab efficiency 🔹 100% preferred the AI workflow for future adoption Huge thanks to Dr. Ilya Karagodin MD and the entire Endeavor Health team for the work. 👉 Full study: us2.ai/clinical-evidence/ai-… Curious what this could look like in your lab? At ESC Congress 2026, Dr. Fawaz Alenezi, MD presented our latest late-breaker: an AI model that 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐇 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐩. 𝐍𝐨 𝐃𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝. Developed in collaboration with Duke, and trained on 17,969 patients (the largest RHC-confirmed cohort ever assembled for AI-based PH detection), the model was externally validated across three continents. AUROC 0.917 in France. 0.871 in China. Substantially beating the prior single-view AI benchmark. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: PH screening that can leave the specialist echo lab. Point-of-care detection. Earlier suspicion in the exact settings where late diagnosis happens most. For more info: us2.ai/clinical-evidence/ai-…
