I wrote a thing. Please read a thing.
I wrote a thing about the #Twitch DJ program, #copyright, some music industry stuff and #streamers and music use. It's long. Give it a read if you want. Things don't have to be scary, we could be moving in the right direction. artbysalt.com/2024/08/21/twi… #dmca #rights #streaming

Back in 1999 TheComedyChannel in Australia ran a show called The Fifty Foot Show. I think of it often and wish it had gotten a better run/more attention. It was hillarious. @GaryEck @AkmalSaleh do copies of this exist anywhere? I'd love to revisit it.
LIVE NOW! Gettin' in those feels and makin' some emotes. 50% off my emote commissions while I'm live today! twitch.tv/thesalt #EmoteArtist #Emotes #art #illustration #twitch #artist #commissions
Streaming later (10:30pm AEST, 8:30am Eastern US) and will be doing some emotes for In Our Feels Friday. I'll have 50% emotes in my store only while I'm streaming! So come get some! Twitch.tv/TheSalt Come get felt up...no wait... #emotes #art #illustration
YOOO grand prize coffee draw happening soon on stream! Twitch.tv/thesalt come get involved! @GoldenDayCoffee prizes galore! #Giveaway #Coffee #Art #Twitch #FreeStuff
Here's another one of those illustrated @DaftLimmy improvs! I never knew I'd wanted to draw a hand covered in jizz matted with hair and bits until today. Thanks Limmy! "American trucker becomes priest". Playing with having the improv title on the image. #IllustratedImprov
It's been a long time between Craigs @DaftLimmy! "Man loses all his shoes". This one had it all. Shoes. Mirror universes. Craig. Haven't done an improv illustration in ages, was good to flex the creative muscles again. #IllustratedImprov #ImprovIllustrated #Limmy #Craig
Hey who's got $2 a month and loves getting weirdly para-socially close to artists and wants to join my Patreon and help support me continue to be able to pay rent and bills and eat? Sound like you? Then I love you - patreon.com/ArtBySalt #Patreon #SupportTheArts #BrokeArtist
Because I'm mostly useless I forgot to schedule something for my 4 year Twitch anniversary. So I'm live now and gonna just sort some boxes, clean this room up. Come hang out if you want. twitch.tv/thesalt
For those interested, I've started a Patreon where I'll be spewing forth my artistic stream of consciousness, talking about dumb ideas I'll never finish and all sorts of stuff. It's only a couple bucks, less than half a coffee a month! - patreon.com/ArtBySalt #Patreon
There's a public video post on there explaining a little more about what's going on, plus I also made this reel which talks a bit about it too - instagram.com/p/C6BgxSJSl0d/
