Very sad to hear about Malcolm Scott. It was a pleasure working with him on the Hull 2017 board. He was a robust, no nonsense stalwart of Hull. My condolences to his loved ones.

The Knife Angel, a national monument against violence and aggression has arrived in Hull. Created by artist Alfie Bradley using over 100k weapons the piece has been installed in Queens Gardens.
Visiting #Helsinki & we dropped by the new central library. Opened following consultation with the community on what they wanted. Relaxing spaces to read, sewing machines, a children’s story room, 3D printers, restaurants and meeting rooms - to name a few. Wow.
#Strasbourg has such a special place in my heart. I studied there and remember the Christmas market being filled with joy and cheer. Sending lots of love and prayers tonight.
Mum’s in town so I’ve brought her along to the market for a bit of @KitchenTapasya street food. Hands off my Papri Chaat.
