BREAKING: Elon Musk has said:
"As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.”

Do not sell cash-secured puts without knowing these 7 rules:
1. Only sell puts on stocks you'd be happy to own. If you wouldn't buy 100 shares at the strike, don't sell the put.
2. Pick a strike you'd actually want to pay. Somewhere between 0.10 and 0.30 delta gives you a cushion below today's price.
3. Stay 30 to 60 days out. That's where time decay works hardest for you without tying up your cash for months.
4. Sell when implied volatility is high. Selloffs and fear spike premiums, and that's when puts pay the most.
5. Check the earnings date before you sell. One report can gap a stock straight through your strike.
6. Take profits at 50%. Once you've captured half the premium, close it and redeploy the cash instead of waiting on the last few dollars.
7. Know your plan before it goes against you. Roll down and out for another credit, or take the shares and start selling covered calls.
Not financial advice. I share these for education.
Billionaire Tyler Perry gave his own family 60 days to find jobs or lose his financial support. Despite being worth an estimated $1.4 billion, he refused to keep supporting relatives who weren't working.
In the video below, Perry explains why he fired his own aunt and later gave other family members an ultimatum after his mother's death.
He wanted them to become financially independent instead of relying on his fortune.
One aunt regularly called asking for money, and Perry kept sending it until he offered her a job. But she repeatedly called in and failed to show up for work, so he eventually fired her.
His mother had also asked him to support other relatives, and he continued helping them while she was alive. After she died in 2009, Perry sent them letters giving them 60 days to find employment or lose his financial support.
According to Perry, every relative eventually found a job. He didn't care whether the jobs paid well because he wanted them to earn their own money and have something to feel proud of.
Perry also recalled a relative getting angry when he refused to hand over $1 million. He believed that continually giving money to people who refused to work was making their dependence worse.
A billionaire who could afford to support his entire family chose to make them earn their own living.
If you had $1.4 billion, would you keep supporting unemployed relatives or give them the same 60-day ultimatum?

Aces had the lead. Allowed the game to slip away for three bad back to back possessions. Goldens State capitalized.
Still should have caught the ball. How come he did not lead him for the catch. FS playing 10 yards deep. Give GP a chance with a go ball before the FS gets there

If you’re trying to build wealth, I think your 30s are a good time to start paying attention to who you spend the most time around.
Not because your friends need to be rich.
But being around people who talk about careers, investing, business, health and improving their lives makes those things feel normal.
Your environment sets standards without asking permission.

First, I stopped responding to people I don’t respect.
Then, I stopped trying to explain myself to people who benefit from misunderstanding me.
Finally, I stopped giving my attention to people I wouldn’t choose to sit across from at dinner.
Once you remove the noise, there really isn’t much left to respond to… because the people who matter aren’t the ones doing goofy shii.
