WTF . Com
Knocked flat on the pavement in the middle of a race, most runners would’ve been done. Tayla Kavanagh got up and broke the course record.
She was on record pace at the Durban 10K in South Africa when a male runner clipped her just before the 4-kilometer mark and sent her crashing to the ground. Instead of quitting, she picked herself up, found her stride again, and went on to win the whole thing in 31 minutes, 39 seconds, a new course record. The runner who tripped her apologized afterward. I’ve been knocked down in competition, and I can tell you that the hardest part is never the fall. It’s deciding to get back up when everything in you wants to stay down.
Accident or on purpose: what do you see when you watch that trip?

This young man speaks and sounds like 70% of Americans. The fact congress can't even agree on daylight savings time means we are cooked. They don't work for us, they work on behalf of themselves and lining their own pockets. America has been sold out from within. Enjoy the ride, its gonna get worse
Love it sounds great.. but never happening
Lessons Learned
A kid dressed as Mario sees two pieces left in a Halloween candy bowl. He takes one, then empties his own bag to refill it so the next kids aren’t stuck with an empty bowl.
That’s the opposite of the parent who reads the “take one of each” sign and still tells their kid to load up.
Most of us talk about raising good kids. This is what it actually looks like in real time small, unsupervised choices that show whether the values stuck or not.
