This woman has way more patience than I do. Neighbor hooks a hose straight up to her outside faucet so they can water their plants with her water and dodge the bill. Straight-up theft. She catches it, films the whole thing, and stays composed while explaining the audacity.
I would’ve already yanked the hose, turned the water off, and made it a problem. Some people really will just help themselves to whatever they want and act shocked when you notice. Lock that faucet I guess? 🤷♂️
