🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Sec. Marco Rubio announces Venezuela's Maduro-era election machinery "was designed to RIG elections" and MUST be completely replaced before a new presidential vote is held
TRUMP-RUBIO PLAN:
- Overhaul Venezuela's Supreme Court with 32 new justices by the end of 2026
- Replace the rigged National Electoral Council shortly after and strip its power to ban candidates
- Formally declare captured ex-dictator Nicolas Maduro's permanent absence once reforms are in place
- Hold a free presidential election within 6 months of that declaration
RUBIO: "I think we're making real progress in that regard...But if anybody tries to derail that process, they're doing a great harm to Venezuela."

1/ «No creo que se haya pronunciado nunca a favor de la operación del 3 de enero». Pero «no juzgamos por la retórica, sino por los hechos». «Les hemos pedido que hagan cosas en interés de la seguridad nacional de EE.UU. y las han hecho».
2/ ¿Qué ha hecho Delcy? Rubio cita la entrega de Alex Saab, operaciones contra organizaciones criminales y la reducción «sustancial» de la influencia cubana e iraní. «Todo lo que les hemos pedido, tanto en las reformas económicas como en las políticas, está ocurriendo».
3/ El plan de Washington, según un alto funcionario del Departamento de Estado: «Nuevo Supremo antes de terminar el año. Nuevo Consejo Electoral poco después». A continuación, Delcy deberá declarar la vacante definitiva de la Presidencia para abrir el proceso electoral. Lo hará.
4/ Rubio advierte: «Tenemos unos plazos que han aceptado y, hasta ahora, los han cumplido todos». «¿Esperarnos dos años? Eso no va a ocurrir». The United States should give her the opportunity to go to Brazil or go to jail. But with this type statement, Delcy Rodriguez clearly is demonstrating her complete disdain for the @realDonaldTrump administration.
She needs to go and the U.S. should move to hold elections immediately.

On Fox she put it plain: socialism brings MISERY, violence, and oppression. Once you lose freedom, it is brutal to get it back.
A young voter on the panel said Venezuela is the proof. They did not get a coup. They VOTED themselves into a socialist dictatorship.
He thanked President Trump for taking out Maduro and getting Machado back, and warned the job is not done if the regime is still standing when Trump leaves office.

. @realDonaldTrump must call the current unelected president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez and tell her to step down now and allow Venezuela to immediately hold elections. During an interim period, place the nation into a caretaker status (no more than 30 days) under a council of elders who exist and are ready to step into place to help transition the nation from a criminal cartel to a top economic superpower (overnight if the CIA stays out). The WH and State department are aware and have the ability to do this. We should get behind the duly elected president of Venezuela, @MariaCorinaYA .
End this nightmare for the people of Venezuela and begin to set our nation (America) up for a long term economic and security boon for decades once Venezuela stabilizes…and it will with the right leader.
