yes he told this story in third person yes it’s worth the read because the storytelling abilities are crazy good | 261027 weverse live #KIMGYUVIN #김규빈 🐶 gyuvin went back to square one. he went mentally insane again. so he rode a taxi again to head back to his vocal coach’s house. he practices for 2 hours again, rests his throat, and goes back to his vocal coach again. that was how it was. before you’ve properly fixed your vocalization, you’ll end up using nothing but your throat [and straining it] when you sing. because you don’t know how to healthily vocalize yet, your body won’t be used to it, so what can be done about that? 🐶 a recording date was scheduled, and then another one, and now there’s a line drawn for a deadline. on the day of the deadline, gyuvin had an awakening. he went to record in the recording room, strained his throat, did all sorts of things but still didn’t get the results he wanted. 🐶 then, going into the studio just feels so heavy, like you can feel a bitter taste linger on the tip of your nose. it damages your self-esteem, really. it was so hard on me mentally and i was thinking “wow i’m in big trouble. this is the second album and i’m like this…” 🐶 but the company says: “if gyuvin can’t do this, nobody can. it’s really gyuvin who has to do this!!!” these words gave gyuvin some strength, and so he went on a taxi again. he knocked on my vocal coach’s door and say “i’m here again, teacher.” and we do it all over again.
