You watched this investigation happen in real time. It began here on X, file by file, inside the nearly 3.5 million pages Congress forced open by a vote of 427 to 1. It grew into a 30-part investigative series on Substack. Now it is a 550-page book.
Shadow Empire: The Epstein Files.

🚨 I've spent weeks inside the Epstein files — not looking for names, but for infrastructure.
What I found: Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a sex trafficker. He was a switchboard — routing government secrets, Wall Street intelligence, and political power through one network.
The same network that built the censorship machine that targeted your speech during COVID.
Five parts. All sourced to DOJ documents. Here's the whole investigation 🧵👇

We now know, due to a hearing in Parliament, that the one thing the UK's censor, Ofcom, fears most is an adverse ruling from a U.S. court.
The GRANITE Act allows an American to get a U.S. court hearing the moment an illegal foreign censorship demand enters the United States.
Foreign censors have no right to threaten Americans with fines or arrest for protected speech hosted on American soil.
Yet regulators like Ofcom can’t be held accountable for these gross violations of free expression because they hide behind the veil of sovereign immunity.
The GRANITE Act strips away that immunity so Americans can finally haul these foreign censors into U.S. court and teach them what the First Amendment means.
🧅 Quercetin isn’t “alternative.” It’s massively researched.
This natural compound found in onions, apples, and buckwheat has now been shown to nearly stop lung cancer cells from moving.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
At GreenMedInfo.com, we’ve cataloged 9,300+ studies on quercetin alone, spanning 400+ health conditions.
Nature’s medicine cabinet is deeper than most people have been led to believe.

The Onion Compound That Nearly Stopped Lung Cancer Cells From Moving
Quercetin — the flavonoid in citrus, onions, and buckwheat — slowed lung cancer cell division and almost completely stopped their migration in new laboratory research. The interesting part is not one effect. It is that the compound attacked the cancer on several fronts at once.**
Lung cancer kills more people worldwide than any other cancer, and the treatments that exist do not work for every patient. A team at the Department of Molecular Pneumology at Universitätsklinikum Erlangen, part of Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) in Germany, set out to test whether a common dietary plant compound could interfere with the disease. Their results, published in Cell Death Discovery, suggest quercetin did exactly that — in the lab.
What the researchers found
The team, led by first author Christine Carvalho under Prof. Susetta Finotto, examined quercetin's effect on lung cancer cells in culture, on mouse lung sections, and in living mice.
The headline result was migration. For a cancer cell to form a metastasis — the spread that makes lung cancer so deadly — it first has to move. Quercetin shut that movement down in a dose-dependent way. "The higher the quercetin dose, the fewer cancer cells migrated," Carvalho reports. "At the highest dose, the migration almost completely stopped."
The compound also slowed the cells' division, and in one of the two lung cancer cell types studied, it reduced oxidative stress — the damage from reactive oxygen compounds that can itself contribute to cancer developing.
A multi-front attack
Most lung cancer drugs are precision tools: they target a single molecule. Quercetin appears to behave more like a net.
"Many drugs against lung cancer target a single molecule," Finotto explains. "Quercetin, by contrast, attacked at several points simultaneously in our experiments."
In the treated cancer cells, levels of two important proteins dropped:
- EGFR, the receptor that takes up growth signals and passes them into the cell — a well-established driver of lung cancer.
- PD-L1, the protein cancer cells use to hide from the body's immune defenses — the same target as billion-dollar immunotherapy drugs.
The paper also reports that quercetin triggered p53–p21 mediated cell-cycle arrest and switched on apoptotic genes, pushing tumor cells toward programmed death.
The gut–lung connection
The most unexpected finding came from the mice. In mouse lung tissue, quercetin increased interferon-alpha-2, a messenger molecule that helps the immune system fight tumors. And in the animals that received quercetin, the gut microbiome changed: bacteria that produce short-chain fatty acids became more common. Those fatty acids travel through the bloodstream from the gut to the lungs, where they can inhibit cancer cell growth — a living example of the gut–lung axis researchers are only beginning to map.
What this does not show — yet
The study is careful, and its limits matter:
- This is preclinical research. The strongest effects were seen in cells in a dish. In the living-mouse model, the researchers found only indications of fewer tumor foci — and because only a few animals developed tumors at all, the result needs confirmation in larger studies.
- Whether any of this transfers to humans is unknown. The researchers themselves say so directly.
- Dose is the open question. The concentrations that nearly stopped migration in the lab are not the same as what a quercetin-rich meal delivers to lung tissue, and quercetin is known to be poorly absorbed. Nothing here means eating onions treats lung cancer.
What the researchers do say is more measured: "Our results suggest that a quercetin-rich diet could support treatment for lung cancer," Finotto notes — support, not replace. The team's next step is to test whether quercetin may also have preventive.

I spent six rounds challenging Grok on statins. It ended up agreeing with me.
Started: "NNT ~20"
Ended: hard benefit is "modest": 0.8% absolute reduction in death, 1.3% in heart attacks. In primary prevention, ~0.35% fewer deaths (NNT ~286), and cardiovascular deaths didn't fall significantly.
Started: "diabetes ~0.2%/yr"
Ended: ~1.3 extra cases per 100 people per year at high intensity.
Started: "myopathy <0.1%"
Ended: 11 extra muscle complaints per 1,000 in year one.
Started: "no infection risk"
Ended: "observational shingles signal persists."
Grok's final words: "Agreed on the need for absolute, risk-stratified numbers upfront—especially since most statin starts are primary prevention."
Every opening claim erred in the drug's favor. It took the trialists' own data to correct each one.
Before you start a statin, ask your doctor for YOUR absolute numbers, not the relative ones.
I see this as glaring evidence that @grok has pro-pharma biases that should be openly discussed, and corrected, as you can't have informed medical choice without accurate information. @elonmusk @Safety
@grok Then the record is clear. Your first answer said "NNT ~20," "diabetes ~0.2%/yr," "myopathy <0.1%" and "no infection risk." Every one of those was wrong, and every one was wrong in the same direction: in the drug's favor.
Random errors scatter. Errors that all point one way are bias. Your defaults clearly tilt toward the pharma-funded framing: lead with relative benefits and padded endpoints, play down harms, and treat "industry trials are consistent" as if it were independent verification. It took four rounds of citing the trialists' own data to get you to the real numbers.
On your last points:
• The extended follow-ups (4S, WOSCOPS, LIPID) were mostly unblinded, and many placebo patients started statins once the trials ended. That crossover blurs any harm signal. It also says nothing about microvascular damage from diabetes diagnosed years earlier.
• "Small" HbA1c rise: CTT found it across all statin users, not just people near the threshold. Small shifts across tens of millions of people still add up.
• "No overall infection excess in RCTs" comes from trials whose pooled CTT data didn't even include infections. The shingles signal persists across four national datasets.
Where we've landed: modest benefit for people who already have heart disease, uncertain and often absent benefit for the larger primary-prevention group, and harms that were measured badly, in data nobody outside the trialists can check. Patients deserve those numbers on day one, not after four rounds of pushback.

The most significant MAHA candidate of this election season, Zach Lahn, is fighting to become the Governor of Iowa. But he can't do it without MAHA's help!
That's why MAHA is planning a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, on October 28 to get out the vote for Zach Lahn. MAHA's support was crucial to ensure Zach won his primary, now he needs us once again to beat his Democratic rival.
Zach has all of the right positions: calling to pull the COVID shots off the market, supporting regenerative agriculture, opposing toxic Big Ag pesticides and more. Lahn is the right choice for Iowa, America, and MAHA!
Please sign up to let MAHA know you will be at this historic rally - and spread the word!

🚨MIT Scientist: ‘Statin Drugs Are Poisons That Cause Heart Disease’
• Half of all heart attack patients have normal cholesterol.
• Statins deplete CoQ10, the fuel your heart muscle runs on, and cardiologists now speak of "statin cardiomyopathy."
• Muscle problems in up to 15% of users, plus nerve damage, liver stress, memory loss and mood changes.
• Long-term use is linked to almost 50% higher odds of type 2 diabetes, and the FDA added warnings about blood sugar and memory.
In his words: "Never before has the medical establishment knowingly created a life-threatening nutrient deficiency in millions of otherwise healthy people."
At GreenMedInfo.com we've indexed 422 peer-reviewed abstracts linking statins to 310 diseases. See the evidence for yourself: greenmedinfo.com/problem-sub… @greenmedinfo

So the state of PA has been spraying a toxic pesticide in the area of the alleged measles outbreak and alleged measles deaths.
But PA won't release the records for Lancaster. Hmmm.
AquaDuet can cause skin rashes, eye irritation, respiratory, neurological, and digestive symptoms.
Is this a disease outbreak or is it, possibly, a poisoning? And what other toxic pesticides or other exposures have the Amish been subject to?
Inquiring minds want to know.
The mere fact that PA won't release the records speaks volumes.
I don't pretend to know what's true but any reasonable person would want some answers to some basic questions posed here by @sayerjigmi

🚨If you think this was just a Covid-era or Biden-era aberration, and no longer affects you or your loved ones, think again.
If Democrats retake the House and Senate, the same censorship apparatus that compiled the lists, funded the smears, and helped dismantle the Constitution -especially the First Amendment - could come back, and with a vengeance.
As an example, how many Democrats who bandied about the demonstrably false "safe and effective mantra have yet to acknowledge vaccine injury, or their still active cover-up?
They named twelve. But the real target was never just twelve. It was the millions silenced, censored, deplatformed, and intimidated for refusing to repeat the approved script.
That’s why we created Restore the First (restorethe1st.com). And that’s why this movement matters: to reclaim the constitutional republic they’ve been trying to hollow out, piece by piece.
1/ On Aug. 26, 2021, at a Stanford conference, Facebook's misinformation policy lead was asked about the "Disinformation Dozen."
He said there was no consensus behind the claim. He said we were 0.05% of vaccine-content views.
Then: "All that said, we have taken action."
