crypto went from giga chads like GCR making tens of millions shorting LUNA and betting against FTX while staying completely anonymous to a bunch of low aura, chronically online KOLs with the most punchable faces imaginable being worshipped like they're the greatest traders alive what the fuck happened to this space?
crazy how two of the biggest KOLs with the most aura in the trenches managed to lose it all with $ANSEM and $KIMCHI ngl Pumpfun might actually be the main reason crypto is dying we desperately need something else to rotate into this shit is getting embarrassing

how to not get your crypto hacked. bookmark this forever: 1. hardware - buy direct from the company or an authorized retailer. never random resellers - seed card already filled in when you received = scam. throw it - ship it to a pickup point, not your home - update firmware only through the official app 2. seed - metal over paper. never a photo, cloud or notes app - never enter your seed into a website or software wallet. restore only through your hardware wallet's official recovery - don't split your seed manually. no redundancy and it leaks information. use shamir or multisig instead - test your backup before funding: built-in check or wipe and restore. untested backup = no backup - two copies, two locations. fire is a hacker too if seed burns 3. setup - vault: a hardware wallet that never touches dapps - hot wallet for daily use. burner for anything new - bigger bags: passphrase on top. small decoy bag on the seed, real bag behind the passphrase - back up the passphrase too, stored apart from the seed. lose it and nothing recovers your coins - multisig when the amount justifies it. no single point of failure 4. signing (where most people get drained) - verify on the device, never trust the website alone. bybit lost $1.5B to a compromised UI - can't read it? don't sign it - "free" signatures can drain you with zero gas (permits) - one malicious eip-7702 authorization can delegate control of your entire account - on solana, one bad tx can reassign your token accounts. simulate before you sign - review approvals monthly. revoke what you don't need 5. sending - never copy addresses from tx history. scammers plant lookalikes - check the full address on the device, not just the first and last 4 - small test tx before every big one 6. machine - a laptop that only touches crypto. clean browser, no random extensions - download wallets only from the official site. app stores and search results are full of fakes - never run "meeting apps", game builds or files strangers send - never share your screen or install remote access. "support" asking for anydesk = scam - bookmark every site. never click search ads - surprise airdrops and NFTs = trap 7. exchanges - unique password everywhere. 1password or bitwarden - 2FA with an authenticator app or passkey. never SMS - 2FA backup codes offline. not in email, not in cloud - lock your SIM with a carrier PIN. sim swaps still work - separate email only for crypto. nobody knows it - turn on withdrawal whitelists - not your keys, not your coins. move out what you're not trading 8. opsec - don't flex your bags or your setup. wrench attacks are rising - support never DMs first. - avoid phishing emails, only trust official sources - have an inheritance plan. dead keys are lost coins 9. quantum (check my other quantum tweet for detailed advice) - not a threat today and anyone selling quantum panic is selling something - btc: never reuse addresses. sending from one exposes its public key forever - btc: park long-term coins in addresses that have never sent a tx. taproot (bc1p) and old p2pk show the key from day one - btc: bip-360 proposes a step toward quantum-resistant addresses. not live. proposals also exist to freeze unmigrated coins - eth + erc20: sending a tx exposes your public key. signing messages can expose it too so keep major bag on clean wallet - sol: your address is your public key. exposed from day one. experimental winternitz vaults exist, not standard wallet protection hardware rarely gets hacked. people do.

I find myself in a state of melancholy today. And not because of the life-changing money I lost a year ago. But because we lost real lives on 10/10. I’m personally aware of at least three, although there may be more. For all of the beautiful brokenness this space has to offer, nothing is more valuable than a human life. Life gets dark for all of us at times. Permanent solutions to temporary problems are never the answer. There’s always someone out there that loves you. Take care of yourself - and each other. TWW 🫶🐋

1/ Meet M1llionz (RichMilly666), a French cybercriminal allegedly laundering assets from two violent home invasion robberies in France in April 2026 that netted $667K total, with a history of openly posting about bank and retail fraud on social media. My work has led to a $93K Tether freeze directly tied to these attacks so far.

Ronnie Magrehbi (aka Wheres29 / 29 / @wrss29 ). recently claimed he got robbed of ~189 SOL (~$14k) in Bali by Australian girls after handing them his unlocked phone at a beach club. The story went viral. The irony is thick. Here’s why the “victim” framing falls apart.

i have a theory that we live in a matrix. from childhood clips to global stadiums, certain players are filmed, protected and promoted as if the script was written before they could speak. the camera follows them, the spotlight isolates them it’s not random at all that we’ve seen ronaldo sweeping the streets before stardom; neymar being interviewed as a child; messi bathing yamal; this pattern suggests something deeper than coincidence the cameras do not find them by accident. the system identifies them early… their childhood moments are archived why??? it is prophecy in boots. and maybe, just maybe, the stars were never random. they were selected by the system long before the world started watching

Bias aside, he was able to win the premier league & UCL 3x times in a row (two toughest competitions in football history), become football highest goal scorer and still win 5 Ballon D’ors in a system that highly favours your rival, that’s definitely a more impressive career

Porn + frequent ejaculation: the perfect recipe to tank your androgen drive and shift into a more prolactin/estrogen-dominant state: Porn + frequent ejaculation → repeated prolactin spikes → if chronic/high enough → ↓ dopamine tone + ↓ dopamine sensitivity → weaker libido/reward drive → weaker GnRH signaling → ↓ LH → ↓ testosterone → ↓ DHT/androsterone. ↑ prolactin → blunted testosterone → DHT conversion → ↓ 5α-reductase output → ↓ DHT → ↓ androsterone. ↓ testosterone → lower T:E2 ratio → estrogen-dominant state → ↑ prolactin feedback → ↓ dopamine → reinforces the loop. Porn overstimulation → dopamine desensitization → weaker real-life arousal/HPG drive → ↓ GnRH/LH/testosterone → ↓ DHT/androsterone. Chronic overstimulation + poor sleep/stress → ↑ cortisol → ↓ GnRH/LH/testosterone → less substrate for 5α-reduction → ↓ DHT/androsterone. ↓ 5α-reductase output + relative ↑ 5β pathway → ↓ androsterone / ↑ etiocholanolone → lower androsterone:etiocholanolone ratio.

Love the new Core Plasma One card, not sure i would dare to lock to get Platinum though. Just wish they were more transparent with their fees. The wording is 0-1% additional Plasma Fx fees which might make one think that’s the whole fee. Like, 0.5% on Core tier. What you get to see in the invoice is that their conversion rate is much lower then official one and lower than other cards that report Fx fee properly. So the actual Fx fees on Core tier is effectively 1.5% or 1% for Platinum tier. Other perks are great if you can utilise them.
