God, why do @Ryanair always get you to "board" when the bloody plane hasn't even arrived yet, then have to wait in a queue on a cramped claustrophobic staircase for ages!!! (20mins & counting) It's unnecessary. Especially for those unable to stand for long periods or with kids!
