The govt has lost years dithering on this policy and telling us existing regulations were adequate. It’s critical we protect communities & get long-term benefit from AI and any data centres built here.

Is that a denial of a Service available to others, under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 ? I tried using it over #Centrelink, but only got hit with Costs in the Federal Magistrates’ Court over a different Privacy Breach by #Comcare when your old Department retrospectively rewrote Department rules to get them out of trouble ! I don’t know why the Department and Federal Ombudsman bothered telling me to put in the claims ! Years in Tribunals and Court, and all I got was more debt and Defamation ! I wrote to you about it !

Yes.
