Just saw The Odyssey. Despite what you may have heard, literally all of the criticisms by conservatives were entirely correct. The movie is just as woke as you fear, if not more so. The DEI casting is atrocious. Completely takes you out of the story right from the beginning. But even worse than that is Nolanâs decision to turn Odysseus into an anachronistic whiney, solemn shell of a man plagued by âtraumaâ and guilt. Itâs impossible to overlook these flaws because the film itself is not terribly entertaining or well constructed. For the most part it is disjointed, dull, self-serious, disenchanted, somehow feeling both verbose and overly rushed at the same time. The dialogue is some of the worst Iâve ever heard in a âcritically acclaimedâ film. âOn the noseâ and âclunkyâ are descriptions that canât even begin to describe this script. At no point in the story does Nolan ever transport the audience to the ancient world. You never feel like youâre 3,000 years in the past. You feel like youâre watching modern Americans put on a pageant, because you are. Nobody would be calling this thing a masterpiece if it was made by a director not named Christopher Nolan.

The Times have just published a vile hit piece on Restore Britain today - including the full name of Lydia, who volunteers for Restore Britain in London.
As a victim, she gave evidence to the Rape Gang Inquiry.
She was groomed, tortured, kidnapped and trafficked from the age of 15 while in local authority care in Tower Hamlets.
The Times newspaper has published her full name and picture, putting her at huge risk.
I am furious.
I am writing to the editor, demanding an apology and support.
We have offered to provide alternative accommodation and other support for Lydia.

Sweden has made the UN update their guidelines so that r*pe is now considered a serious crime that warrants deportation.
This comes after the shocking case in Sweden where a man from Eritrea was convicted of r*ping a 16 year old girl.
But the court said he couldn't be deported it wasn't considered a serious enough offence for deportation.
Of course this story was covered up by the media.
But it was reported on X and caused massive outrage in Sweden.
