I lost this book a long tim ago and was able to find a copy. I love this book and it’s what I recommend to people that want an approachable way to understand black holes. Thanks for the excellent work @pickover

New: President Putin is making low-level tactical decisions that would normally be decided by an officer in charge of as few as 700 Russian troops, western military sources say. thetimes.co.uk/article/27097…

I would challenge any “indestructible” dog toy with my puppy. He is a destroyer of toys.

@AppleSupport Oddest bug with iPhone, Apple Music causes the bluetooth connection my @audioengineusa HD3s to disconnect. Other apps that use bluetooth audio work fine, YouTube, Spotify, Audible. AppleTV, Podcasts all work fine, no disconnects.

Does anyone else find it odd when you get a cold sales call for some kind of "enterprise tooling/security/etc" they just start off with first name and act like they are an old friend? Extremely off-putting to me.
I bought something large from @HomeDepot , over a month ago, today is the delivery day. Only to find out no one knows where my delivery is. Second time this has happened :(

Okay, @HomeDepot has worked to figure out what is going on, but I worked harder. Last mile company _says_ they never received, but there is records of who and when they signed for it. They should probably stop using this company for last mile.

One thing I really like about 3D printing is the ability to solve just little problems around the house.

@AmazonHelp all my Prime orders take 1 week to my new address which is 1 mile away from my old address where I can get next day and 2 day with no issues. Since no one can help (call or chat) I will be not renewing my Prime membership today.

And to be clear, every item on Amazon is listed with 1 week as the delivery time. First is my current, second is my previous address. They are a mile apart.
Great thread.

Man, if you ever needed more proof that the markets aren't rational, consider that @rackspace IPOd today and only lost 22% of its value. A thread.
