Great advance in identification of risk of adverse events such as hospital admission with a fall or fracture, needing residential or home care - allowing targeted prevention. Proactive Care just moved up a gear! Game changing work from @drandyclegg @GERED_DOC and colleagues
When the BGS's journal Age and Ageing published the Electronic Frailty Index (eFI) in 2016, it was very influential and is used across the NHS to identify frailty within a population.
This has now been made even better with the new and improved eFI2! buff.ly/p0j55fi
