We are proud to partner with four local synagogues to fight food insecurity. They announced a Food & Faith Collaborative. @Second_servings and @UTHealthHouston will help set free pop-up grocery stores for people who previously experienced homelessness.

Thank you @hcpct1 for joining us to take action for #HungerActionMonth!
Last week, we hosted @second_servings monthly pop-up grocery store at @HesterHouse1943 in @hcpct1. It’s incredible the work they do every day to combat food insecurity, food waste, and climate change here in Harris County!
Thank you @HessCorporation for all the action you’ve taken to #fighthunger!

**DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!** Announcing our LEADING #fooddonor of 2021, @FritoLay! 👏👏👏 It’s hard to fathom what 344,230 lbs. of chips looks like… but it’s even harder to fathom that this great amount of chips would have been thrown away if #FritoLay didn’t call us.
#7DaysOfLove
Coming in at 2nd place for our #7DaysOfLove food donor showcase is everyone’s favorite neighborhood grocer #TraderJoes!💚 The S. Shepherd location is our **leading** grocery store food donor, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the fresh, high-quality good we receive every day.
Check out #TraderJoes impact report for yourself.🤩 Last year alone, 51 local nonprofits received Trader Joe’s on S. Shepherd groceries. Thank you for helping us provide nourishment to our neighbors! #houston
