Today we’re launching Vessla - the agentic OS for property operations - with $3.3m in pre-seed funding led by @seedcamp, with backing from @inceptionfund, @tinyvc and many more. Excited to already be working with leading property owners and operators in the Nordics.
We're backing Vessla as they emerge from stealth with a $3.3M pre-seed, alongside @inceptionfundvc, @tinyvc, and operators from @Lovable and @OpenAI.
A single property maintenance request can involve an email, a property record, a contract and an invoice, each handled by a different tool.
Today, stakeholders manually copy information across, constantly switching between systems. It’s incredibly inefficient, and it’s very easy to get things wrong.
Vessla’s AI platform automates these workflows across the systems property owners and managers already use.
The team has built and deployed AI at @NASA, @McKinsey, @WeAreLegora and @Stanford.
Founded this year, Vessla already works with some of the Nordics’ largest property owners and operators.

Solvera is capable of handling a project end-to-end, from requirements and constraints through to a coordinated, construction-ready design.
AI agents carry out much of the work, while experienced engineers make the judgement calls and own every deliverable.
Unlike traditional models, the system gets better with every project, as that judgement is turned into intelligence that can be reused across the firm.
The response from the market speaks for itself. Solvera passed $1M in contracted revenue within 3 months, and is already working on several commercial projects in Norway.

When I became a mechanical engineer, I wanted to invent. In reality, 90% of the day to day execution work (CAD, excel, sim) was digital manual labour. That’s about to flip. The engineer’s role will change more profoundly than at any point since the invention of CAD, with humans focusing on invention, architecture, tradeoffs and judgement calls, and agents taking the grunt work.
