I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end.
For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis:
You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them.
As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple.
In effect, that leaves just one entity.
In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that France’s defamation law should apply.
Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; France’s defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly.
We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to France’s 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law.
The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individual’s sexual orientation or gender.
Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold
In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expert’s notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under France’s 3 month defamation rule—not the one year statutory.
I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft.
You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself.
So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.
🚨BREAKING NEWS:
I was just personally dismissed from the Macron lawsuit filed against me in Delaware.
This case represents one of the grossest, legal overreaches by a foreign government leader in human history—a sitting President’s attempt to personally bankrupt a single podcaster from outside the nation in which he governs.
And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the “First Lady” of theft from her sister.
I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.

Under Trump and full Republican control, the Pentagon just told all U.S. military bases to prepare to be fully fortified for 90 days under the FORTRESS plan, but they didn’t tell the American people anything!
And they did this one week before the midterms.
Pretty much freaking everyone out because fortifying the military bases to operate independently with no connection to the outside world with the entire grid shut down seems like there will be no help for the American people.
Like nothing.
So basically that’s like saying, “You’re on your own.”
And these people actually want you to vote for them.
And why is everyone freaking out? Oh only because Trump has been basically saying he’s restarting the war with Iran that no one wants after midterms and now the Pentagon is fortifying U.S. bases.
You want people to vote for you?
Try instilling trust with the American people that you will ensure their safety, security, and prosperity.
Not sending the message that they are on their own to starve, freeze, or eat each other while you wage world war 3.

Mark Wahlberg was taking a lie detector test when he was asked if he was an Israeli agent.
His response: “I have affiliates with Mossad, yes.”
WTF?
Then they claim he was supposed to be on one of the planes that struck the World Trade Center, but claims he was so hungover that he missed the flight.
Not sure about you all, but I don’t believe in coincidences to that extreme.

90 DAYS WITHOUT POWER, RANKED
You are not leaving.
The roof is fine.
The grid is just gone.
No power, no water pressure, no store deliveries, for 90 days.
In each category we will go from most important to least important.
The categories are ranked too.
The roof is covered, so water comes first, then food, then everything that keeps those two usable.
90 days is what you should be prepared for. Most official lists say 3 to 14 days. Those are minimums, not plans.
WATER
Without it you have days. One gallon per person per day.
90 days is 90 gallons per person. A family of 4 needs 360.
Water filter (a gravity filter is the best buy)
Food grade barrels or water bricks
Unscented bleach to treat stored water
Your water heater tank holds 40 to 50 gallons. Know how to drain it.
Rain collection (check local rules)
FOOD
Rice and beans are the backbone.
If you cannot afford freeze dried meals, load up on rice and beans.
Rice has about 1,650 calories per pound. Dry beans about 1,570.
2,000 calories a day for 90 days is about 110 pounds per person, or four 5 gallon buckets.
Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices
Peanut butter
Canned meat and vegetables
Powdered milk
Multivitamins
Freeze dried meals if you can afford them
Eat the fridge first, then the freezer, then the pantry.
COOKING AND FUEL
Food you cannot cook is just weight.
Camp stove plus fuel for 90 days
Extra propane or butane
Lighters and matches
One pot with a lid
Never run a stove or heater indoors without ventilation.
HEAT
Cold is the quiet killer.
Wood stove or a safe indoor rated heater
Fuel for it
Wool blankets and sleeping bags rated below your coldest night
Pick one room, close it off, and live in it
Carbon monoxide detector with batteries. Not optional.
SANITATION
This is what ends up killing people in long outages.
5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid
Heavy trash bags
Kitty litter or sawdust
Bleach
Soap and hand sanitizer
Toilet paper, a lot of it
MEDICAL
Prescriptions. Ask your doctor about a longer supply.
First aid kit
Pain and stomach relief
Any glasses or contacts, plus a spare pair
A printed first aid manual
LIGHT AND POWER
Headlamps and lanterns
Batteries, rotated
Solar panel with a power bank
A generator is a bonus, not a plan. Fuel goes bad and it is loud.
INFORMATION, CASH AND NEIGHBORS
Cards stop working when the power does.
Battery or crank radio
Cash in small bills, silver and gold if you have it
Paper copies of IDs and contacts
Know your neighbors. Trade skills, not just supplies.
MORALE
Books, cards, games, something for the kids.
Boring beats hungry. Bored beats panicked.
THE FIRST 72 HOURS
Fill the bathtub and every container you own before the water stops.
Fridge and freezer stay shut. A full freezer holds about 48 hours.
Charge everything while you still can.
Cook and eat what will spoil first.
Obviously we could add security and it is important but depending on where you are, what your aloud to have/own I'm not going into great detail on that.
What I can say is have a plan, talk it over with your family, everyone has a job. Don't be afraid to talk to your neighbors you know as well to make sure they are doing their part if you plan on working together.
Feel free to add anything I may have missed. Anything you may think would be of added value for others to read and share.
Book mark this, come back to it, create a check list.
To be clear, I am not a survivalist. This is not survival advice. This is only my setup that I am following with my family. If nothing else maybe just a reminder.

At 54, Mary came to me with a laundry list of health issues: obesity, prediabetes, high triglycerides, chronic inflammation, constant fatigue, low vitamin D, multiple joints pain, back pain, and anxiety. She felt trapped in a body that just wasn’t cooperating.
She thought maybe her body was broken. Or maybe it was just “her age” or “menopause.”
In just 16 weeks, everything changed.
✅ 35 lbs lost (204 → 169 lbs)
✅ 6 inches off her waist (43” → 37”). Also dropped 1.5” off her neck, 5.5” off her bust, 3.5” off her hips, and 2” off each of her arms and thighs.
✅ Blood sugar normalized (Glucose: 112 → 95)
✅ A1C improved (5.7 → 5.5)
✅ Insulin slashed (10.2 → 3.1)
✅ Triglycerides cut by 62% (248 → 94)
✅ Inflammation plummeted (hsCRP: 4.7 → 2.3)
✅ Vitamin D optimized (16 → 63)
✅ Pain mostly gone. Anxiety gone. Cravings gone. Energy back.
No surgeries. No Ozempic. No starvation. No magic pills.
Just:
🥩 A very low carb, high protein, whole food diet
🏋🏻♀️ Smart resistance training
💊 Targeted supplements (Vitamin D3/K2, magnesium, omega-3s)
✅ Consistency and accountability
She prioritized protein, stayed committed, and never looked back.
Now she feels incredible, and this is only the beginning.
Food isn’t just fuel. It’s information. It’s medicine. It’s the difference between barely getting through the day and thriving.
If you’re stuck in a cycle of pain, fatigue, and weight that won’t budge… there is another way. And it can look completely different in just a few months.
Imagine where you could be 16 weeks from now. Or even a year from today.
It starts with food.

Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life. Natural menopause is said to have occurred when a woman has gone 12 consecutive months without menstruation, provided there is no other physiological or pathological cause and no clinical intervention to explain the absence of her periods.
Some of the symptoms that accompany this phase include hot flashes, excessive sweating, vaginal dryness, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and difficulty concentrating, among others.
But guess what? THERE IS GOOD NEWS! 🎉
These symptoms can be medically assessed and managed. A woman does not have to suffer in silence or simply endure symptoms that are affecting her quality of life.
There are treatment options available, and she can speak to a healthcare professional to find out what works best for her.
A Self-Governed Life retweeted
Gary then zoomed out on what perimenopause and menopause actually look like.
The amplitude of the cycle drops starting in the late 30s. Hormones don’t all leave at the same time, estrogen might hang around while progesterone and testosterone check out early.
That messy cascade shows up as brain fog, water retention (women think they’re gaining fat), morning exhaustion, low libido with no loss of love or attraction, mood shifts, and even frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis).
Blood tests alone are a snapshot and often misleading.
The Dutch test is the gold standard because it shows the full picture across the cycle.
Once the right hormones are brought back into range, many of those “mystery” symptoms, including the shoulder pain, can resolve quickly.
Women do not have to suffer through this for 15 years.

Megyn Kelly asked Gary Brecka the question a lot of women in their 40s and 50s are living with: what do you do when progesterone (the part of HRT that actually helps with sleep) makes you feel terrible, bloated, uncomfortable, but you still need it if you’re taking estrogen?
Gary’s answer was clear. Don’t guess. Get a 24-hour Dutch test once. It maps the full cascade of hormones, not just the ones that are tanking. Most women aren’t only low on progesterone. They’re often low on pregnenolone, specific estrogens, and especially free testosterone.
Replace the entire complement of hormones that are actually deficient instead of throwing single darts. He called it a game-changer for sleep, energy, brain fog, and the crushing daytime fatigue so many women describe.

There is one field where being wrong is free, and it is the field of telling women what to do with their own bodies. Nobody has ever lost a licence over it. Nobody has ever paid anything back.
Here is a century of settled science, and what it cost the women who followed it.
1914: twilight sleep. Morphine and scopolamine, campaigned for by women's magazines as the modern humane birth. It does not remove the pain, it removes the memory of it. You are blindfolded, restrained, and put in a padded cot so you cannot injure yourself while you scream. The baby arrives too sedated to breathe on its own and has to be revived. A woman who said afterwards that something terrible had happened to her could not describe it, because that was the product.
1928: John Watson, the most cited psychologist in America, tells you never to hug or kiss your child, never to let him sit on your lap, and to shake his hand in the morning. It is a bestseller and it is government-endorsed. His own son later described the household it produced. The mothers who could not do it were called sentimental.
1930s: Truby King has you feeding by the clock. Four hours exactly, no night feed, no picking the baby up in between. A hungry infant at two hours is a discipline problem. A generation of women stood on the wrong side of a door listening to it cry, and the ones who went in were called weak.
1945: you are X-rayed to measure the pelvis, routinely, because that is the settled science. Alice Stewart proves in 1956 that it doubles the childhood cancer rate. Her funding is cut, her findings are dismissed, and the practice runs another twenty years while she is proved right slowly enough that nobody has to apologise.
1953: the trial shows DES does not prevent miscarriage. It is sold for another eighteen years by more than forty companies, to several million pregnancies. The daughters get a vaginal cancer so rare that a registry had to be built to track it.
1956: Dr Spock tells you to put the baby face down. Best-selling book of the century, most trusted man in the field. The advice runs thirty years. When it is reversed, cot death halves in every country that reverses it, and the best estimate of avoidable infant deaths across the West is around fifty thousand. Fifty thousand babies, out of one paragraph, written by a man who was certain. The mothers whose instinct said otherwise were called anxious.
1960s: shaved, given an enema, cut as a matter of routine, husband kept in the corridor. The episiotomy is justified on the grounds that a clean incision heals better than a tear. It heals worse. It tears further. Two generations of women were cut before anybody checked, and the ones who asked not to be were called difficult.
2002: HRT is stopped overnight on one badly reported trial. Twenty years of women go through menopause without it, and the correction is still crawling through the system.
Not one of those was quackery. Every one had a royal college behind it, a literature behind it, and a confident man delivering it to a woman who had never wanted anything more in her life than to get this right.
She was not gullible. She was obedient, on the one subject where a woman is told most firmly that what she feels does not count as evidence.
And look at what every single one of them asked of her. Do not hold him. Do not feed him yet. Do not remember your own labour. Do not trust the thing your body is telling you, because a man has published on it.
Sentimental. Weak. Anxious. Difficult. Every woman who got it right was given a word for it first.
Her instinct was the control group nobody ran.
So work out which of today's settled science your granddaughter reads back to you in disbelief.
The plant-based pregnancy. The weaning pouch that is fruit purée and rapeseed oil. The exhausted woman sent to the spinach for her iron. The appetite injection handed to a woman of childbearing age, where a third of what she loses is muscle.
All settled. All delivered with a leaflet and a professional smile.
And not one of them funded to find out otherwise.

They all started herecity of London & Cambridge & Oxford Universities. Only Universities up until 1820's.
Also, check , King's Schools. Some students wear black robes.
Part 1 of 3.
The City of London Corporation. The centre of the World, the Keystone of Western civilisation.
This unlocks the map.
Language, Religion & Laws & above all Education.
The Keystone, the Cornerstone of Western civilisation.
Here is where the English language was first written.
The first time it was ever seen.
All started here. All started by these 3 men & their printers.
The Printers moved into City of London.
William Claxton moves next to Westminster & Westminster abbey.
Richard Pynson move to Fleet Street (which will become the Media headquarters of the World.
Wynkyn de Wordes, assistant.
Moved their Printers next to the 4 Inns of Court & printed the Laws & Religious texts into English.
William Caxton (c. 1422–1491): brought the press to England, set up at Westminster near the Abbey and court in 1476, first English printed book (Recuyell of the Histories of Troy), and shaped early English spelling and translation.
Wynkyn de Worde: Caxton’s associate, moved printing to Fleet Street near St Bride’s and just outside the City walls, right next to the Inns of Court. Direct physical link between the early press and the legal quarter.
Richard Pynson (c. 1449–1529): One of the first major London printers, King’s Printer to Henry VII and Henry VIII, printed official legal documents and religious texts (including the Roman Missal and rites in English), early user of Roman type, large output (~400 titles), based near Temple Bar / the Inns before moving further into the City.
Linked printers: John Lettou, William de Machlinia (including early property-law work such as Littleton’s Tenures).
Fleet Street / Inns of Court placement: the same printers who set up next to the legal quarter were also feeding (and being studied by) the university libraries that trained the next generation of lawyers. The King’s Printer role under the early Tudors sits right in the middle of that circuit
Linked printers: John Lettou, William de Machlinia (including early property-law work such as Littleton’s Tenures).
This tightens the earlier Fleet Street / Inns of Court placement: the same printers who set up next to the legal quarter were also feeding (and being studied by) the university libraries that trained the next generation of lawyers.
The King’s Printer role under the early Tudors sits right in the middle of that circuit.
Inns of Court radiating outward as the legal arteries, feeding into (and drawing from) the universities, the courts, the financial City, and eventually the wider English-speaking legal and political world.
Oxford & Cambridge Universities & the 70+ colleges they control were the only education systems allowed 1300's until the early 1820's.
The Inns of Court is where ALL of the western worlds Lawyers, Barristers, Judges & all our laws were written.
The 4 Inns,
[ ] Gray Inn
[ ] Lincoln Inn
[ ] Middle Temple
[ ] Inner Temple
The connections between the Inns and the older universities (especially Oxford and Cambridge) are deep: many of the early common-law practitioners and the later reform-minded lawyers moved between the two systems, and the Inns effectively became the practical counterpart to the more theoretical university training.
