I have always respected Tommy Robinson for his work on the rape gangs - he gave evidence to our inquiry, and it was remarkable to hear his level of knowledge. It contributed massively to our findings. Tommy was fair and balanced. I learnt a lot. He has not been treated fairly by our establishment for many years, and today is the latest example of that. To be honest, I believe it is a disgrace. He was right on the rape gangs. The state was wrong. They want to vilify him for that. The media, the justice system, Labour, the Tories, Farage. It was made very clear to me when I was in Reform that I was not to praise Tommy Robinson publicly. I did regardless. The entire establishment is against him. My view is this - he has done more than any politician to uncover the rape gangs, and for that I thank him.

1774: they blew tobacco smoke up drowning victims' backsides to revive them, and the kits hung along the Thames like lifebuoys. 1863: they sold cocaine wine as a daily tonic, and a pope pinned a gold medal on it. 1898: they sold heroin as a cough medicine, and spooned it into coughing children. 1918: they sold radium water as a health drink, and the millionaire who drank 1,400 bottles was buried in a lead-lined coffin with most of his jaw gone. 1921: they put lead in petrol, and Britain kept it in the pumps until 2000. 1930s: they X-rayed children's feet in shoe shops, and kids queued to watch their toes wiggle on the screen. 1940s: they rubbed mercury teething powder into babies' gums, and about 1 in 500 of those babies was poisoned. 1946: they sold cigarettes on the line that more doctors smoked their brand, and put a man in a white coat on the advert. 1949: they gave the lobotomy a Nobel Prize, and doctors went in through the eye socket with an ice pick. 1952: they sold a cigarette filter made of asbestos as the greatest health protection in smoking history, and smokers drew it into their lungs with every puff. 1957: they sold thalidomide to pregnant women for morning sickness, and around 10,000 babies were born with missing or shortened limbs. 1960s: they sold margarine as the heart-healthy fat, and spread trans fat on a generation's toast. 1996: they sold OxyContin as barely addictive, and started an overdose epidemic. 1999: they sold Vioxx for sore joints, and pulled it five years later after tens of thousands of heart attacks. 2026: they're selling seed oil as the heart-healthy fat, and it's in almost every packet in your kitchen. Every one of these came with an expert's blessing and the same total certainty. The people telling you which fat to fear today sit in the same chairs as the ones who put radium in the water and a doctor on the cigarette packet, and they're every bit as sure. "The experts recommend it" has the longest body count in medicine.

Constipation on carnivore means you've gone lean, and the cure is the thing the diet was supposed to be built on in the first place. Meat is almost entirely absorbed. There's very little left over to pass, so a carnivore going once a day or once every two days, comfortably, isn't constipated. That's what happens when food stops being mostly packaging. The bran that used to bulk everything out was never doing you a favour; it was a cargo you paid to carry through. The actual complaint, hard, dry, an effort, is a different thing, and it has one cause. Fat. Fat is what moves the gut. A fatty meal tells the gallbladder to empty, bile goes in, and bile is the body's own laxative, which is why a pound of lean steak sits like a brick and the same steak with the cap on and a knob of butter melting over it goes through like it was expected. Lean mince, chicken breast, egg whites and a tin of tuna is a plate with the plumbing turned off, and the person eating it blames the meat. So the fix is never fibre and never a sachet. It's the butter you were told to leave off, the 20% instead of the 5%, cream in the coffee, the fat cap eaten first. Within a day or two the problem has gone, and it stays gone as long as the plate shines. Which is the point. A diet of meat only works when the fat is on it. Take the fat off and you have a bodybuilder's cut with worse manners, and the gut is the first thing to file a complaint. Carnivore is high fat by definition. The bathroom is where people find that out.

The time for talk has long passed, says Bridget Phillipson. So she has set up a taskforce, and signed off fifteen million pounds of your money. Follow the money. The cash goes to the Office for the Impact Economy. A quango. Not a department, not a service, a quango. It is then handed out in grants to charities. And the taskforce that decides what "works" is stuffed with those same charities. Women's Aid. The End Violence Against Women Coalition. Girlguiding. A mayor, and a few academics. So the sector sits on the panel, defines the problem, defines the solution, and then bids for the money. Circular. Five million a year of public money, through a quango, to the same charities, to run training and adverts about attitudes. And nobody will ever be able to tell you whether it worked. You cannot measure misogyny. No baseline, no target, no number. It is a mood with a budget. In three years the money is gone, the men are exactly the same, and it will be declared a triumph. And these are the same charities who spend their other hours telling you Britain must take in more people. So the handout does not stop at the grant. It funds the sector that lobbies for the next wave. The time for talk has long passed. So they wrote a cheque to their own client base and called it a policy. Fifteen million pounds. Our money. For a feeling. And the girls are still being failed in the towns.
The time for talk has long passed. This government is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to supporting women and girls. We'll back practical action to confine misogyny to the history books - in public services, workplaces, and online. theguardian.com/society/2026…

Living for many years under socialism is Spain, I have come to a better understanding of what it means to live under a socialist regime, and how it drags the constitutional order down with it. Some thoughts to keep in mind as Spain heads to the polls in a few weeks...

♦️WHITE PRIVILEGE♦️ This is how our cotton mills and wool mills made their profits, which afforded them their fine stone-built mansions on the outskirts of mill towns. It was dangerous work, fingers were often lost, eye injuries common, no comfort breaks, no health insurance and no factory nurse. This work was done on empty bellies after a walk to work. Malnutrition was common place and discipline hard. A water barrel with a wooden ladle for dry dusty days as cotton dander filled the choking air. There were no holidays to look forward to, no sick pay, and kids as young as 7 sent to work in the miserable conditions their parents stomached for a lifetime. They didn't play much, they were too knackered for that. A cold hard bed was all they could hope for. Arthritis and joint pains kicked in early as crippled fingers in their middle years struggled with looms. And our MPs talk about reparations for slavery, when every God damned nation was using slaves. White privilege... you disgust me. There should be a plaque of remembrance dedicated to the entire working class! #DawnButlerMP

Are you seeing the repeated Big Pharma pattern yet ? If not by now then there is probably little hope left for you ,especially if you are still queueing up for 11th Covid booster shot and your flu jab.
🚨Merck agreed to pay around $50 million to settle more than 200 lawsuits over its HPV vaccine, Gardasil. The people who filed them were young when they were vaccinated. They allege they were left with POTS, chronic fatigue, blackouts and other chronic conditions. It reshaped their teens and twenties. Merck admits no wrongdoing. A settlement is not a verdict. A trial risks discovery. Dirty little secrets read out for all to hear. Remember Merck’s arthritis drug Vioxx that caused heart attacks? They sent emails urging staff to seek out doctors trying to raise awareness. They said, ‘destroy them where they live.’ To date, Merck has paid $10.7 billion in fines. That doesn’t include this one! In total, Big Pharma has paid $129 billion in fines! Safe and effective…

Every language that ever had to survive a winter remembers which food was the prize, and which one was the insult. The best of anything: - The fat of the land - The cream of the crop - The land of milk and honey - Kill the fatted calf - Living high on the hog - Bring home the bacon The worst of anything: - A vegetable, for someone whose brain has gone - A couch potato - Small potatoes - Not worth a bean - Paid peanuts - A turnip, for a failed England manager Nobody ever promised a people a land of lentils and oats. The phrases were written by people who knew hunger, and they were never confused about which food meant you had made it.

Nigel Farage told me my problem is I was “always looking for a fight”. Well I would not fight a war for this Government or their globalist elite masters. Blackrock, Vanguard and Statestreet want access to Russia’s $70-90 trillion of identified natural resources which since the energy crisis has risen in value to over $120 trillion. That’s what we would be fighting for and there would be no benefit for the people doing the actual fighting. The MSM propaganda tells you all you need to know. Russia , Russia , Russia responsible for all our problems. We need to look much closer to home.
It’s very easy for politicians to send other people’s children to war. My response to the bloodthirsty elite? You first.

An Open Letter to the University of Sydney @Sydney_Uni @mscott Regarding the appointment of Jacinda Ardern as Professor of Practice Dear Professor Scott, I read with absolute disgust that the University of Sydney has appointed Jacinda Ardern as Professor of Practice, where she will apparently be sharing her wisdom on empathetic leadership, social cohesion and civic trust. You cannot be serious. You are quoted as saying: "Dame Jacinda led New Zealand through events of profound consequence and her leadership demonstrated that empathy and resolve do not compete with one another; each can strengthen the other." Appointing Jacinda Ardern to teach social cohesion is rather like appointing Jeffrey Dahmer to teach a course on wellbeing, or Jimmy Savile to run the local daycare centre. The sheer absurdity would almost be funny if the consequences of her leadership weren't so hideously tragic. My name is Alia Bland. I am a co-founder of Voices for Freedom, an organisation established in New Zealand in 2020. For years, we stood alongside tens of thousands of ordinary Kiwis whose lives were torn apart by the policies of Ardern's government. While the international media fawned over her kindness and compassion, we were dealing with the wreckage. At the height of the COVID response, we were receiving upwards of 1,000 emails a day. Desperate people reaching out because they had lost their jobs, their incomes, their homes and, in many cases, their will to live. People nearing retirement were forced to sell family homes they had spent decades paying off. Some are still living in caravans five years later. Marriages collapsed. Families fractured. Lifelong friendships were destroyed. People who had served their communities for decades were suddenly treated like lepers because they declined a medical procedure. Some of the people who came to us had spent their entire lives believing New Zealand was a decent, fair-minded country. Watching that belief crumble, and seeing what it did to them, was heartbreaking. I cannot adequately describe the anguish in those emails. The desperation of parents wondering how they would feed and house their families. The humiliation of hardworking people being marched out of professions they loved. The despair of people who had done everything society asked of them, only to discover that their own government considered them disposable. And presiding over it all was Jacinda Ardern, smiling for the cameras and telling the world how kind New Zealand was. Kind? For whom? Her government deliberately created a two-class society. Ardern herself acknowledged it publicly. New Zealanders were excluded from workplaces, businesses, events and ordinary social life. People were coerced into accepting a medical intervention under threat of losing their livelihoods. And those who suffered adverse reactions to the COVID vaccines faced another nightmare. We fought for vaccine-injured New Zealanders whose lives had been devastated by serious physical harm, while many struggled to have their injuries acknowledged or receive adequate support. The government's public assurances about vaccine safety deserve particular scrutiny. Officials knew about the myocarditis risk, including among young people. We have examined the records. Yet people raising legitimate questions about those risks were routinely dismissed and vilified. The damage went far beyond lost incomes and broken relationships. An enormous number of New Zealanders lost faith in the very institutions they had trusted their entire lives. Government, health authorities, education, police and the media. That trust has not magically returned because Ardern has moved on to more prestigious surroundings. While her government was busy marginalising people, we were building a nationwide support network to help them survive. Voices for Freedom grew to more than 100,000 people on our mailing list, many representing entire families. More than 45,000 people signed up to our local groups across the country, which are still operational today in 2026. We established industry groups to help people fight for their careers, provided support through employment disputes and legal challenges, organised practical assistance and hand-delivered millions of flyers to households throughout New Zealand. We did this while facing censorship, public vilification and government surveillance. Official records obtained since have confirmed that our activities and communications were being monitored and reported on. Our volunteers gave everything they could to help people who had been abandoned by the institutions meant to protect them. And now the University of Sydney wants to hold up the woman responsible for overseeing this period as a shining example of empathy and social cohesion? It is sickening. Professor Scott, did anyone at your university bother to speak with the people whose lives were destroyed under Ardern's leadership before celebrating her appointment? Have you spoken to the former nurses, teachers and police officers who lost their careers? The families who lost their homes? The people still suffering from vaccine injuries? The parents whose children no longer speak to them? Or did you simply swallow the carefully cultivated international image of Saint Jacinda, the compassionate leader who saved New Zealand? I wonder whether you have considered why this internationally celebrated former prime minister now lives in Australia rather than the country she once led. The depth of hostility towards her among many New Zealanders should give you pause. Because I can assure you, there is another side to that story. And there are hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders who live with the consequences. I have no objection to universities studying Ardern's leadership. In fact, I would encourage it. There is an enormous amount to learn from what happened in New Zealand between 2021 and 2023. Like, what not to do... But presenting her as someone uniquely qualified to teach empathy, social cohesion and civic trust, without acknowledging the extraordinary human suffering that occurred under her leadership, is an insult to the people who paid the price. We were there, Professor Scott. We saw what happened. We picked up the pieces. We are still picking them up. Some of those people will never recover what they lost. And the woman who presided over it all gets a professorship in empathy. What an absolute disgrace. Yours sincerely, Alia Bland Co-founder, Voices for Freedom New Zealand

Every time the science has been settled, somebody paid for the settlement, and the bill has a name on it. 1747: James Lind cures scurvy with lemons. The Navy keeps it settled as a disease of damp air for forty-eight years and loses more sailors to it than to the French. 1799: Bleeding is settled. George Washington is drained of nearly half his blood for a sore throat and is dead by evening. 1847: Childbed fever is settled as bad air. Ignaz Semmelweis washes his hands and the deaths on his ward fall from one mother in ten to one in a hundred. He is sacked, committed, and beaten to death in an asylum. 1915: Pellagra is settled as an infection. Joseph Goldberger proves it is the corn diet of the poor by injecting himself with sufferers' blood. The South keeps the corn, and 100,000 Americans die of it. 1941: The lobotomy is settled, and about to win a Nobel. Rosemary Kennedy, twenty-three, is left unable to walk or speak, one of 40,000 Americans put under the pick. 1956: The pregnancy X-ray is settled as harmless. Alice Stewart shows one scan doubles a child's chance of cancer. She loses her funding and the scans run for another quarter century. 1961: Thalidomide is settled as safe for morning sickness. Ten thousand babies. 1971: DES is settled as a pregnancy protector. The daughters of the women who took it develop a cancer nobody has seen before. 1972: Sugar is settled as harmless. John Yudkin writes that it is not, and the fat men and the sugar men end his career between them. 1984: Fat is settled as the killer, and a generation of mothers swaps the butter for a tub of oil. 2004: Vioxx is settled as a safe painkiller. Up to 140,000 heart attacks before it is pulled. The science was settled every single time. The only thing it ever settled was who took the blame afterwards.
