This Toluwanisings matter is getting messier by the day. 👀
According to his uncle, the family initially wanted to bury him, but they insisted on seeing his body first. About eight family members travelled to Ibadan, only to find his wife, mother-in-law, siblings-in-law and his PA eating and watching TV.
The uncle said he was shocked. According to him, the house didn’t even look like a place where someone had just died. Everyone seemed to be going about their normal lives.
He also revealed that Toluwanisings’ father is a Muslim named Sodiq, and that he converted to Christianity after his mother’s family took him in.
According to the uncle, the family didn’t even know Toluwanisings had built a house until his death, despite his in-laws living with him. He also claimed Toluwanisings gave his father ₦40k monthly while taking care of his wife and her family.
Now, the uncle says Toluwanisings wanted to be buried in the house he built with his own sweat, but his wife reportedly objects, saying she doesn’t want to keep seeing him there.
With all these conflicting accounts, the family says they want to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death before proceeding with the burial.
These are serious allegations, and the family deserves answers. The circumstances need to be properly investigated before anyone jumps to conclusions.

Mbappe should win the Ballon D'or.
If Messi did what Mbappe did this year, no one will even think of any other winner asides him.
Let football be fair. Give the rightful owner. The records and stats are all there.
The big games player should be ahead of everyone.
The one who shows up week in week out deserves it.
Ballon D'or shouldn't be won with mouths, it should be won by what you can do on the pitch, and none of Kane and Yamal can be close to what Mbappe did till now.

Everyday life teaches us lessons that no classroom can fully explain. Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn, and sometimes you simply have to keep going without knowing how everything will work out.
Learn to appreciate the little things, protect your peace, treat people with kindness, and never forget God in your plans.
Life is not a race. We are all on different journeys, and everyone has their own time.
What is one lesson life has taught you that you will never forget?

The Girl Who Prayed With Her Eyes Open
Her name was Hannah. 16. Texas.
Every Sunday, she led worship. Her voice was so clear the old people in the third row would cry.
Every Monday to Saturday, she felt like a fraud.
---
Her mother kept her room like a Pinterest board. White walls, "Be Still" in gold letters, a Bible on the pillow.
Hannah would sit in that perfect room and think:
"God, if You are real, why do I feel so far from You?"
She had prayed the same prayer since she was 12. She knew all the right words. But for the last 8 months, the words just bounced off the ceiling.
She wasn't angry at God. She was worse — she felt nothing. Numb.
She watched her youth group friends laugh, post, get boyfriends, get accepted. She laughed too. She was good at laughing on cue.
Then she would go home and sit in her closet — literally, in her closet, with the light off — because it was the only place where she didn't have to pretend.
---
One Wednesday, her dad asked at dinner, "Hannah, what's your testimony?"
She froze.
What was she supposed to say? "My testimony is that I grew up in a Christian home, I did everything right, and I still feel like I'm drowning in a pool where everyone else is swimming?"
She said, "God is good."
Her dad said, "Amen."
That night she wrote in her journal: _Maybe there is something wrong with me that even God can't fix._
---
The breaking point wasn't big. It was small.
She forgot the lyrics during worship. Just blanked. Stood there in front of 200 people with the mic shaking.
She ran off stage. Locked herself in the bathroom. Her youth leader knocked, "Hannah? You okay? God is using you!"
And for the first time, she whispered out loud, "I don't want to be used. I want to be seen."
---
Mrs. Grace, the church janitor, was in that bathroom. 70 years old. She had cleaned that church for 30 years.
She didn't give a sermon. She just sat outside Hannah's stall and said, "My daughter died 10 years ago. I still come to church. Not because I'm happy. Because I'm held."
She slid a tissue under the door.
"You're allowed to be sad and saved at the same time, baby."
Hannah opened the door. And she finally cried — not pretty worship-leader tears, but ugly, shaking, snotty tears. The kind she had been holding for a year.
Mrs. Grace just held her. No fixing.
---
That night, Hannah prayed differently.
Not with eyes closed, hands folded, perfect voice.
She prayed with eyes open, staring at her ceiling, angry and honest:
"God, I don't feel You. I feel alone. If You are close to the brokenhearted, then where are You? Because I am broken."
And for the first time in months, she didn't feel guilty after praying. She felt... heard.
---
She is still healing. She still has days where getting up feels heavy.
But now she has a counselor. She told her parents the truth — "I'm not okay" — and to her shock, they didn't get mad. Her mom just said, "Why didn't you tell us sooner?"
She learned that Psalm 61 was written by a king who said "When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I."
Overwhelmed. That was the word.
Not faithless. Not ungrateful. Overwhelmed.
---
If you are Hannah tonight, in your perfect room, feeling imperfect —
You are not broken beyond repair.
You are not a bad Christian for feeling this.
God is not waiting for you to be happy to love you.
He sits with you in the closet. In the bathroom. On the floor.
You are seen.
And this heavy chapter is not the end of your story.

When I first got my job, the HR manager was unusually nice to me. She would come to my desk almost every day to ask if I needed anything.
HR: “Good morning! Do you need anything? More files, a better chair, anything at all?”
Me: “No, thank you. I'm fine.”
HR: “You know you can always come to me if you need help, right?”
Me: “Of course. I appreciate it.”
At first, I thought she was simply being friendly. But after a few weeks, I started noticing that she treated me differently from everyone else.
One morning, I arrived at the office very early to organize an assignment the boss needed before an important meeting.
While I was arranging the documents, she walked into my workspace.
HR: “You're always the first person here. I like that about you.”
Me: “Thank you. I just want to finish this before the boss arrives.”
She pulled a chair beside my desk and sat down.
HR: “Tell me something. Are you seeing anyone?”
I looked up from my laptop.
Me: “Why do you ask?”
HR: “Can't I ask a simple question?”
Me: “You can. I'm just wondering why.”
She smiled.
HR: “Because I think you're a very attractive man, and I'd like us to get closer.”
I didn't know what to say.
Me: “I appreciate the compliment, but I'm here to work.”
She leaned forward.
HR: “What if I told you I could increase your salary? I have influence over certain decisions here.”
I stopped typing.
Me: “I'm sorry. What exactly are you suggesting?”
HR: “I'm saying your life could become much easier if you agreed to date me.”
I stared at her for a moment.
Me: “Hmm. I see.”
I didn't want to create a scene, so I gathered my documents and left the conversation there.
I thought she would understand my silence.
I was wrong.
Over the following weeks, she kept finding reasons to approach me, asking when we would go out together and reminding me that she could make things easier for me at work.
I kept refusing politely.
Then, after a board meeting, she followed me into the conference room.
This time, she wasn't smiling.
