Did a great job in NACL, showed progress year to year + is bald like Pep Guardiola.
These aside ^, he's also a coach with good structure which is something a lot of ppl claim to have, but don't always deliver. His teams always thrived on it and achieved good results.

What a year it has been. A bit bittersweet. Ended up as both a winner AND a loser.
At least I know I can tell myself that I did more than I thought I had in me at times and I became a better version of myself.
However, next year I won't drop my standards of excellence for no1.
