It's the exact same problem as with humans.
Parallel work assumes perfect knowledge of the task.
When you have perfect knowledge, then you can predict what will happen in the parallel streams and — crucially — how they will integrate afterward.

Design Sprints have been a serious secret weapon for Gusto product and design teams since the early days. Brilliant methodology for exploring the solution space 🙏

Fan of the “SaaS is dead” takes.
Please keep posting these and hammering my public competitors & making the category uninvestable.
(While we keep building capabilities and signing customers)
Well well well

This is so ridiculously over-the-top! An OS sim with dragable windows, a pinball game that's really playable, and the bonkers sales globe already showing more than 32,000 orders per minute running through Rails. Shopify's BFCM celebration is next level. bfcm.shopify.com/
LLMs not knowing that buttons should have cursor-pointer out of the box is the new strawberry test for me
I’m thinking the true leverage of ai based browsing is still emerging and we need more use cases like these presented public
You know when something goes hyper viral if it reaches sri lankan mass media networks

I’d love to hear this kind of lore if I was a customer support agent. Not roll my eyes.
I just heard the most ridiculous customer complaint Airbnb ever got, straight from their CEO, Brian Chesky.
So, picture this:
A guest checks into an Airbnb.
Everything’s fine… until they message Airbnb support, furious.
They demand a refund because and I swear this is real (Brain said it)
“the place is haunted by a ghost named Stanley.”
At first, you’d think, easy fix, right?
The host just needs to say, “No, no, that’s not true.”
Case closed. Refund denied.
But no.
The host CONFIRMS it.
He’s like, “Oh yeah, Stanley’s real. I mentioned him in the listing.”
Apparently, the description literally said “friendly ghost named Stanley”
like that’s a normal Airbnb feature between “ocean view” and “free Wi-Fi.”
So now, the guest insists Stanley wasn’t friendly at all.
They claim he was “harassing them all night.”
Imagine being the support agent reading that ticket:
trying to de-escalate a fight between a traveler and a dead guy.
Brian Chesky told this story to explain how unpredictable customer service can get in the sharing economy.
And that’s when it hit me,
If even Airbnb can get haunted refund requests,
you need something that doesn’t panic when things get weird.
That’s why every company should have Chatbase AI Agents for support.
They don’t get scared. They don’t roll their eyes.
They just handle chaos, even if the chaos is named Stanley.
