@TheRangeUK please could you tell me how I can get in touch with somebody today regarding a mirror that was delivered to me with 3 out of 4 corners completely cracked/extremely chipped? This is the 2nd damaged mirror I've received in 3 weeks.

After a shocker of a session on Tuesday, was ready to remedy that with today's 5 X 1 mile off 3 mins recovery. Complete 180, felt brilliant and those level splits (5.49/mile) are giving me life. 10/10. Chocolate for breakfast to 'recover'. 🎉 #rateyourrun @marathontalk

Social-distancing away from any paths or people for today's Sunday long run listening to @marathontalk podcast. It was glorious, sunny and quiet. And I saw a lamb asleep on a sheep's back. Everything I needed to curb the building anxiety just for a short while. 10/10 #rateyourrun
