Happy #DeafAwarenessWeek Our Community #Dietitians have made a short video, using #SignLanguage to explain what they do for a job and how they communicate with #deaf people who need support. As a trust we use interpreters to give the best healthcare possible 💙 @DeafAction

UK COVID deaths are up by 50% over the last 7 days. That is almost 2,000 people who have lost their lives. This is not living with COVID, it’s accepting death on a heartbreaking scale.

Everything they are doing to the NHS they did to British Rail. Underfunded it, exhausted the srvice, got the public angry and then said privatisation is the solution. We cannot allow that to happen - RT if you agree

There is no possible reason to end the legal requirement to isolate if you test positive for Covid. Coronavirus has not stopped being a highly contagious deadly disease. Clinically vulnerable people have not stopped existing. A politically motivated punt that will cost lives.

As Boris Johnson reduces restrictions and our lives supposedly get back to normal, that’s sadly not the case for most NHS staff. They are still up against Covid, serious staff shortages, horrible working conditions and more. So please RT if they still have your support.

Ladies, one thing we’re not doing in 2022 is ending sentences with “if that makes sense” and “if that’s okay.” Tell the others.

If we’ve learned one thing from the pandemic it’s that nurses and health care workers deserve a pay rise

Are we really going to let this Number 10 party go? No chance! Last Xmas was a misery . Listening to him standing up there telling us what we couldn’t do. Families not seeing each other , loved ones dying alone. Whilst him and his cronies party in a tax payer funded residence !

We went to see Richard Ratcliffe on day 9 of his hunger strike. The ongoing torment of this innocent family is a failure of British democracy in its core aim: to protect its citizens. Nazanin must come home. How on earth will we reverse climate change if we can’t even fix this?
