TON 2026.10 update reduced network traffic and improved block delivery, freeing resources for shardchain performance gains. 1. Validator traffic decreased as shown in the first graph. 2. Public overlay node traffic fell after activating new Plumtree broadcasts. 3. Plumtree broadcasts significantly enhanced block delivery stability in the public overlay. 4. Freed network capacity will be used to further boost TON shardchain performance.
