Huan M arrived today and its another banger!
You could think @wlmouseofficial is sponsoring me, but im genuinely just happy with their mouse-lineups.
(and thanks for the free pens ^^)
im so fucking dumb 😭
my chair was standing next to the CR005 and my fat ass sat down and the chair crushed the corner of the pad
everyones talking about the Superstrike X3 being priced at 190€ while they also released a mousepad (460x400x6 mm) for 70€ 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠
new angle of the ZOWIE x DONK mouse BLAST PORTO 2026 grand final. i tried to compare it with my u2. looks VERY different compared to it tho!
yet another try to revive the intellimouse 1.1 👀
Does this combo not look crazy? Here are my first impressions of the GravaStar Mercury X Air after a few days of testing.
Pros:
- Shape reminds me of the GPX, but the hump fills out the palm a bit more and it has a lower click height
- Holes do not bother me at all despite using a claw grip
- Very good click feeling with no wobble
- Solid build quality with no creaking and minimal flex under heavy pressure
- At 55 grams it is easily light enough to perform at a high level imo
- Sensor has been flawless so far
Cons:
- Skate positioning is pretty limited due to the shell design
- Glossy sides in general do not feel great for me personally (though grip tape is included)
You'd think this mouse is all just looks, but you can actually perform at a very high level with it.
GravaStar was kind enough to send it out for testing, but these are all my own thoughts. I had a lot of fun testing a mouse that wouldn't have been on my radar, and I was genuinely surprised by the quality and performance of such an exotic mouse!

I feel like I realized that I was mixing two completely different things together.
I used to switch mice because I always thought the next one would make me a better player. Every new shape or release felt like another chance to find the perfect mouse. Looking back, I think I was just making things harder for myself. If you’re switching mice multiple times a day or even between games, you never really give yourself enough time to get used to one.
Since I started sticking to one mouse, I’ve become a lot more consistent. Not because it’s better than everything else, but because I finally gave myself enough time to adapt. Almost every high end mouse released in the last few years is already so good that the differences are much smaller than I used to think. (Depends on handsize of course)
At the same time, I realized that I actually miss the hobby. I enjoy trying different shapes, comparing them, and seeing what different companies come up with. I think I confused that with the idea that a new mouse would automatically make me better.
Now I’m torn. I want to keep using one mouse because I know consistency helps me, but I also don’t want to give up the hobby because I genuinely enjoy it. I think the difference now is that I wouldn’t be trying new mice because I expect them to improve my aim. I’d be trying them because I enjoy the hardware itself. That feels like a much healthier way to look at it.
am i the only one not chasing an "endgame" setup? i feel like that would kill all my enjoyment.
for instance, i know i play well on the vaxee np-01s v3 and hayate otsu. i know that gear will allow me to become an extremely good player.
yet, i want to keep trying new gear. even if i never find that same magic, other peripherals have their own magic.
i really like experimenting with new combos. they make me play differently and think about my aim differently.
it's beyond just getting the "new shiny things." i really am curious about how this gear will affect my gameplay
is @Cryocells_ the first pro to win an international tournament on a glass mousepad?
he just won the EWC valorant tournament as MVP on the @PulsarGears Meiy glasspad
