Watch this movie in theaters. We don’t know how many more of these we are going to get. Treat it like an oasis in a desert.
WILDWOOD is a masterpiece of stop-motion animation. The kind of cinematic achievement that takes your breath away with each painstakingly handcrafted scene, culminating in a gigantic battle sequence that rivals the work seen in “Game of Thrones” or “The Lord Of The Rings.” It’s the peak of everything LAIKA has been building over the past 20 years and the crown jewel in their remarkable, ever-growing legacy. An exquisitely conceived and wildly imaginative fantasy adventure that plays out like a warm, cozy bedtime story your parents used to read to you when you were a kid, filled with darkness, wonder, humor, enthusiasm and a tender emotional core that makes you care about its characters. I was left speechless when it concluded, in awe of everything each department accomplished from the immersive sound design, to Dario Marianelli’s majestic score, the seamless visual effects and the astonishing production and costume design. It represents a new pinnacle for the medium and stands firmly as the finest animated film of the year.

don't like how men are calling that dressmaker game girlslop. it reminds me of the massive amount of men who made commentary vids on the infinity nikki situation back then. like infold 100% fumbled but it only got so much traction bc ppl love to mock women's interests

Weathered by storms, yet giving mercy to all.
Golden tears fall, bearing the weight of chaos.
Through the long night, the heart's flame still burns.
Trapped in deep darkness,His true heart never sinks.

Florence Pugh calls on more men to speak out against violence on women in response to the Cornell University group sexual assault case:
“This is really the moment where we need our men to be as horrified and as sickened as us. You need to be leading conversations about how we change the allowance and complicity of this behaviour as much as we are. How can you expect us to trust that it's "not all men" when in moments like this, many of you stay quiet?”

God, they always go for the arts and humanities and I’m so fucking tired. All you guys see is money, all you care about is profit and gain and power. We need more artists, musicians, writers, dancers. We need more educators, therapists, philosophers-people who UNDERSTAND people.

This is EXTREMELY bad and signifies the start of decay of human society. There’s a reason why some of society’s greatest eras had advancements within humanities and the arts. And with art inherently being political, this is the start of a greater censorship going to take place…
Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/NmmAzhf

Artists please pay attention to what's happening on clip studio assets. a large number of materials (free and paid) are being removed without notice. There's said to be a change in the guidelines that limits "sexual and violent depictions" in materials (cont
