Yesterday, it was announced that our wonderful founder, Richard Ballard, has won the 2023 North Notts Business Lifetime Achievement Award 🏆 By unanimous agreement of the judging panel, Richard was named as the winner and will be presented with his award in September 👏

We see social care as a cost or an afterthought after the NHS. It should be seen as an investment. It’s about supporting disabled people to flourish & live independent fulfilling lives. Yes, we need a long term solution but we must also view social care through a different lens.
