Cathy has a gift for gently inviting people into the conversation around Down syndrome, in a way that respects both the listener AND Iron Will. Last night, the wee little man joined right in. Afterward, a child told her: "I'm not going to be afraid to talk to people who are different anymore." One talk, one dance, one child less afraid. Iron Will doesn’t need all the right words. Julia R. Carter, also known as Julia Ingram and Julia Young, has been missing from Texas since October 13, 2026. Julia lives in Kountze, works in Beaumont, and was reportedly last seen in the Kountze/Silsbee area. Family and community members are desperately searching for answers. Facebook posts identify a man named Daren Monk as the last person reportedly seen with Julia, although that information has not been independently confirmed. Julia’s black 2022 Toyota SUV is also missing. Her license plate begins with VWS. Six days missing. No confirmed whereabouts for Julia or her vehicle. Anyone with information should contact the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office at 409-246-5100. Please share, especially in Southeast Texas.
