interesting how easily people underestimate someone when they’ve only seen one side of them they see your age and assume inexperience. your softness and assume weakness. your willingness to listen and assume you don’t have an opinion of your own but there’s a difference between being quiet and having nothing to say and between being kind and being easy to influence i think there’s something powerful about being a person who’s always observing, always learning, always building a perspective of their own you don’t have to announce every thought, prove every point, or compete with everyone in the room the most interesting thing about a person is how much more there is to them than people initially assumed

there is a HUGE difference between wanting to be perceived as intelligent and wanting to actually become intelligent the first makes you scared of asking silly questions, admitting you don't know something, or being the least knowledgeable person in the room the second makes you seek out exactly those situations. you ask the question. you read the documentation. you let someone correct you. you sit with a concept until you can explain it in your own words. you stop treating every knowledge gap as a threat to your identity. ive started to think that intellectual confidence isn't believing you know a lot but knowing that not knowing something doesn't make you any less capable of learning it. and that changes everything.

being a generalist is humbling. there is always someone who knows more than you but the skill isn’t pretending you know everything it’s being confident enough to say “I don’t know yet” and curious enough to go figure it out. walking into any room, learning fast, asking great questions, and eventually building an identity everyone pays attention to

leads have been pouring in since we launched yesterday, and i need to hire an exceptional salesperson immediately. for now, i’m taking every demo myself. that worked before launch, but it doesn’t anymore. so i’m hiring our first sales lead what you’ve done: 1/ built a US pipeline from scratch. you’ve done the 0-to-1 work yourself. 2/ closed deals and shaped strategy. 3/ sold to technical buyers. our customers are engineers running agents in production, and they’ll ask about traces five minutes into a call. you don’t need to know every answer, but you should enjoy the questions. it’s early, and things are still messy. you’ll own more than feels reasonable. you’ll also build the sales function future hires will inherit. remote role. start asap. DM me or tag someone i should talk to.
building agents is easy getting them to production is hard today we’re launching @neatlogs to fix that
